A lot of counter bidding happened in the last hour and extension time. I lost a lot of lots (some were only marginally higher). Maybe I need to monitor the lots in this period more!

Almost flawless process
The product that I won at auction was packaged well for its international destination. Arrived in excellent condition and timely manner. They only negative came from DHL who refuse to delivery directly to our in-house locker system managed by "MyParcelLocker" company. I was forced to pickup from a location kms away from our residence, which was very inconvenient. We will take that up with them for future deliveries. Thanks again for supplying another quality product though.

Wine Auctioneer intentionally misrepresented the product to encourage bids, then failed to respond appropriately to acknowledge, replace or refund. Beware of such internet auction scam sites.

Brilliant Service
I used Wine Auctioneer to sell some vintage champagne and they were absolutely brilliant at all stages. Getting the champagne collected and into the auction was really easy. They kept me informed at all times and the price achieved was fantastic. Best service I’ve received in years!

Effective sale of wine
Sold first part of my wine collection with Wine Auctioneer. First class service all the way from early professional advice, to easy receiving in their London warehouse, an efficient and effective auction, topped with a rapid payment within the same week of the auction closing. I am using again and I highly recommend. I am a harsh judge.
