We purchased the 4 foot Winemaker Series wine racks for a "Harry Potter" (under the stairs) wine cellar. We are quite happy with the results. Assembly was straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. I recommend using a nail gun. As our needs grew, our second order included a corner rack and it really made a difference in looks and capacity. We experienced great service and fast shipping. Great company!

I have purchased redwood wine racks and cooling systems from Wine Cellars innovations for two wine cellars I have installed over the years. I would do it again because they offer free design, they have competitive pricing and great customer service. Rachel and Oscar were great to work with and extremely helpful.

I bought four redwood racks, plus a tasting table, for my custom cellar. They assembled easily with the diagrammatic instructions. They're quite sturdy and look great. The only small issue I had was that a couple steps of the instructions were either meant for a different unit (generic instructions?) or weren't included. Both issues were easily remedied by contacting Customer Service.

Received my racks 2 years ago. The boxes came and were ready to install with understandable instructions. It only took me 2 hours to complete my setup. Customer service on the phone was very helpful.

I had a great experience with wine cellar innovations. I really stretched this project out, which was not their fault at all. What was impressive was that they treated me exactly like a new customer even 3 years later. Quality was great and the racks really are pretty easy to assemble.

We are an architecture firm that specializes in commercial projects, so we sometimes receive requests from clients that they want a wine cellar. It was our first time reaching out to Wine Cellar Innovations to purchase ceiling-mount evaporator units. Their rep is helpful and ask you for floor plan to calculate BTU rating. It is important to mention what types of walls are enclosing the cellar for heat gain. Judging from the BTU rating, the rep will suggest how many units of certain model you need to maintain the optimal temperature.
For example, though we mentioned some walls are made of CMU, we did not mention how those walls are exterior and constantly exposed to the sun. Because of this, the wine cellar temperature was few degrees higher than the recommended range during day time - but our client didn't seem to worry about it.
We were really tight on schedule, but the reps were willing to help. I think there were times when I received email from them during weekends or late night!
Their equipment did arrive on time and our subcontractors had no issues installing it.

I’ve been using Wine Cellar Innovations for over 5 years now and as my wine collection has grown, I’ve been able to add different racks to accommodate for that growth. The quality is wonderful and their customer service is top notch! Would highly recommend for those who are beginner collectors all the way up to the most advance of wine geeks!

Great efforts on their part to ensure the design and fit matched the plan. After the order there were a couple small issues which were addressed promptly and professionally without question. They made every effort to make sure the results were beyond expectations.

Wine Cellar Innovations produces high quality, easy to install wine racks that can be configured in many ways depending upon the size and lay-out of your wine cellar. I'm very happy that I moved away from wine refrigerators to building a small wine cellar in my basement and am very happy with the wine racks that I purchased from Wine Cellar Innovations.

I love this company! Had a small area attached to my basement that I wanted to convert into a wine cellar. After considering several options, I decided to work with Wine Cellar Innovations and I'm very glad I did. They took my room dimensions and worked out a few options to maximize the space. They were easy to work with and helped with returns and reconfiguration along the way as I build my wine cellar. Can't express how happy I was with the process. Very affordable too!

I purchased a Wine Guardian conditioner through Wine Cellar Innovations, and they went out of their way to ensure the correct model was purchased and shipped to the correct address - what complicated the sale was that I required a 50Hz 240V model, and they worked with the manufacturer to ensure that this was correctly ordered and delivered.

We built a fairly large wine cellar and used entirely Wine Cellar Innovations all heart redwood racking. About half was custom and half was kit racking. It turned out beautiful and all our friends can't believe the quality of the finished product. We worked with Diego during the construction process and he made it a priority to give us phone support where/when needed. We would purchase from Wine Cellar Innovations again, if the need arose.

WCI was great to work with! They helped with the design of the wine shelves, which was wonderful. The shipping was quick! Their costs were fair too. I would highly recommend them!

WCI was great to work with, from initial design concept to delivering the final product. They gave suggestions that improved the cellar functionality, provided professional schematics and easy-to-follow assembly directions. My cellar turned out better than I ever imagined.

Great racks. Well made and easy to assemble with a nail gun. I ordered enough for about 500 bottles and converted an old pantry with 6 foot high redwood racks.

I was very nervous about buy these racks unassembled. My fears.turned out to be baseless. I put them together with the help of a carpenter friend and the optional nail gun kit. The racks went together easily and all the parts fit perfectly. They are very stable and are 10 feet tall! We put together the corner unit, a 10 foot section and 2 3 foot magnum racks as well as 2 3 bottle wide 10 foot racks in 6 hours. Attaching them to the wall was a bit more difficult because the floor was not perfectly level and one of the walls was out of plum. We used 2 1/2 inch #8 wood screws into wall studs and this worked out well. Do not try this without the nail gun kit as this saves a ridiculous amount of time and effort. I am extremely happy with these racks which are very stable and strong. The optional trim kits help with appearance and stability. Very very pleased. Ordering was smooth and easy. My agent helped with the design and made some excellent suggestions. Thank you Mo! The wood is finished with water soluble stain so as not to contaminate the wine.

We recently ordered a few wine racks from Wine Cellar Innovations. Well, I am so glad we did. We couldn’t be happier with how our wine cellar turned out. It was easy to assemble and it looks fantastic. A few pieces were damaged when they arrived but it was no problem. We called and spoke to Diego who quickly reshipped the damage pieces. Which arrived very quickly.
