Disappointing delivery
The order was despatched through ParcelForce. Despite requesting that they leave the delivery in our chosen safe place they failed to deliver on three consecutive days. It was delivered on the fourth attempt. The courier advised us he was not allowed to leave wine in a safe place. This was not stated on the delivery options. I wrote to wine direct on two separate occasions and received no response.

We are very sorry to hear there has been an issue with the delivery.
It is a legal requirement that all alcohol deliveries must be received by someone over 18. Parcels cannot be left unattended to avoid any minors or vulnerable adults getting hold of them.
We do apologise that we did not respond to your emails, they seemed as informative and you stated that you have spoken to Parcelforce and have rearranged the delivery. We have been monitoring the tracking in the background and checkin to make sure it gets delivered.

Excellent experience
Website was easy to navigate, with a good selection of Australian wines from the Barossa.(I have not opened any of the wines yet, but I am looking forward to doing so, as most of those I ordered I have tasted and enjoyed immensely at the winery cellar door on a recent trip to Australia.)
My order was processed promptly and efficiently with excellent communication from the start.
The order arrived promptly, the wines were extremely well packaged. I highly recommend Winedirect.

Wonderful
I made errors more than once to delivery addreess. Winedirect quickly amended them without any problem. They also had problems delivering them dueto recipients fault. They delivered them to anoyher address at my request after 3 attempts to deliver. They couldnt have provided a better service and i will be using them again

Wine was delivered to wrong address. Not winedirect’s fault, but you need to know that the courier has let you down.
