I needed a special bottle, within a few days of ordering so messaged to that effect. Pleased to get a quick response, and the wine delivered in plenty of time for the event.

Thank you for taking the time to writ a review.
Instead of inflating our bottle prices to hide the delivery cost, we charge our customers what it costs us for shipping.
As a small family run business, our bargaining power with couriers is not as great as other larger merchants. We do review our contracts with all suppliers on regular basis to keep costs and therefore prices for customers as low as possible.

I ordered 4 bottles of wine and only…
I ordered 4 bottles of wine and only three were posted to me. I have emailed multiple times, phoned and left voice mails for over two weeks with no reply. Absolute fraud and not trustworthy in any way. Avoid.

***UPDATE***
Just a quick update for anyone reading this review. We have been in touch with the customer and have identified that the parcel was sadly damaged during transit and the courier repacked the order and delivered part of it to the customer without informing the us, the sender. This is not a standard procedure and we have raised a formal complain with the courier.
The customer has since received the full order.

Great service all round
I would definitely recommend using this company. The wine was delivered in good time to my friend as a gift.
Any queries I raised via email were responded to extremely promptly and very politely. So nice to know that this type of service still exists.

Fast, efficient, took VAT off automatically for export to Guernsey. Only ordered two bottles to test the service but will be using a lot more now. Highly recommended
