The bed looks amazing and we’re excited to try it in a couple of days after it’s fluffed up. However it took 2.5 weeks to arrive instead of the 1.5 mentioned and the box was super wet. But the bed was wrapped well and protected from the moisture.

Install was amazing but the delivery driver, delivered at our neighbors house so I had to drive over to pick up the heavy mattress, load and unload it by myself (5’3 female)

It’s a good mattress, arrived with no damage

They make every mattress to order so I thought it would take a while but it did not. The mattress was ready to ship within 4-5 days and FedEx had it at my door around 3 days later. The mattress is always VERY comfortable, definitely recommend for people with back pain

Using FedEx to ship resulted in my mattress being out for delivery for 3 days before being left blocking my garage.

The package was left in the middle of the front yard 30' from the house.also exposed to weather.
I was not able to receive it because I was out of town.
I did contact the company with my concern but they were not able to assist me.
It seems they had my payment and was pretty much a done deal.Also when I called the call dropped and when I called back they had an attitude because I was complicating things.
I am a little gun shy to have any correspondence if I ned anything else

The mattresses and frames were as expected. However, we ordered and paid for two mattress covers but only received one. To Winkbeds credit, the missing cover was sent and finally received.

I've had my bed setup for about a week now. I've been sleeping well ever since!

I am a back/side sleeper so I went with luxury firm. I am also a hot sleeper, so I went w/ a cooling cover. I also have pets, so I purchased the mattress protector in case of any accidents. I went w/ the adjustable base - not in love with it yet, but also haven't toyed w/ it much yet.

Overall, I am happy with my bed so far. Only time will tell on its longevity and durability, etc!

I liked that you had the mattress on sale and you do a military discount. The mattress shipped fast and was well packaged. Your warranty is amazing! The mattress is very well made and extremely comfortable! My husband has osteoarthritis in his spine with a history of ruptured disks, just a few nights sleeping on this mattress his back is already starting to feel better, he is not waking up in the middle of the night having to adjust his sleeping position, like he had to with the other mattress that was less than 4 years old. I am also getting a good nights sleep on this mattress.

The bed came just as expected. Winkbeds sent me several emails keeping me up to date on shipping and delivery, including on 2 different shipments. Bed seems to be made very well, and I'm finding it very comfortable over the last week.

The ordering and delivery try of our new mattress was great! I also elected to pay for our old mattress to be removed and that process was great too! Quality of mattress is great after just a few days so far!
