Luxury firm is an incredible bed. Knew it right away.

I went ahead and paid Wink to remove my old mattress with the super combo package they offered at checkout. Well, it’s been sitting in my den for two weeks. Come to find out, you have to call a separate company and do all this yourself. Now I’m in a fowl mood and my wife is about to throw a fit because I confidently told her, “Don’t worry honey, Wink has it all figured out.” More to come…

The bed seems fine. Mattress protector is cheap and is just a loud, crinkly plastic sheet. It is so loud and can be felt through the sheets. Apparently is un-returnable despite not being used. Total waste of money and complete rip-off. It has left a negative opinion of the whole company that charges $120 for a thin piece of noisy plastic that ruins the experience of the mattress

Truthfully, it was a little slow, or i was just impatient. They made the mattress just for me.
5-stars to the delivery guy who helped me get it upstairs to my apartment.

Everything has gone smoothly! I’d happily buy it again. The bed feels firm yet comfortable with its padded top. It was surprisingly easy to unbox and set up, especially with a friend to lend a hand.

The product came packaged well. Assembly of the bed frame was simple enough. The bed feels comfortable and we are hope we will experience the results we read about before our purchase.

The mattresses arrived quickly. One of the boxes was damaged during shipping, but the mattresses inside was fine.

Everything was as promised. Good communications from order to delivery. No surprises or problems at all.

Mattress was left beside my garage in the snow and was not informed it arrived by FedEx. Box was torn apart and mattress was exposed to the elements. I was going to order the mattress protector and bamboo sheet and pillow case set but with the state of their delivery process I am afraid they would be destroyed.

The company we ordered from to arrange a white glove delivery recorded the wrong phone number. Once the correct one was given, it took two days for delivery to be scheduled. It was due to be delivered on a Saturday but I got a call to say they could not make it. Another two days elapsed before they showed up at 7:45 am (arrival time was supposed to be 8 am) and it took 45 minutes for them with my husband’s help to get them to my condo. Had they delivered the mattresses at the original time, the hassle at the service entrance would not have occured. Spent maybe five minutes in condo placing new mattresses on platform and hauling old ones away.

Fairly good communication. The buying process was smooth. Company has a good reputation, so I'm confident the product will work out, or at least I'll get proper support if I have issues.
