I rate this 4.8 stars. WinkBeds was quick to reply when I asked if they had an ETA on the order, and they were friendly and professional in their responses. Coincidentally, the order showed up that same day.

There was a separate confirmation of delivery email, as well, but for whatever reason I never saw an email with tracking information when it shipped. That was the only reason I didn't give a full 5.0 rating.

The anticipation!! I just moved and decided on this new bed as a moving in and birthday gift to myself. I loved how WinkBeds kept me posted of when my bed was put into production, when it was shipped, and when it was delivered. And when it was delivered it came with a welcome card. It made the special purchase of a new bed even more special. Also, it came in less than a week!!

After ordering, which was easy, there wasn't much that went right. The setup/haul away company rescheduled twice because they 'couldn't find a crew' to do the work. When the crew did come, it was obvious they didn't have training for moving large objects like mattresses. They didn't lower the mattress before going through the bedroom doorway so consequently ran into the door header, knocked a picture crooked on a wall, slid down the stairwell back-to-the-wall most of the way to stabilize themselves, knocked the chandelier in the stairwell so hard it turned into a pendulum with a four-foot arc. When they placed the mattress on the bed, they were ready to leave, but I had to ask them to true up the mattress as it was off center lengthwise by several inches. I normally tip service employees very well, but that didn't happen with these two. I won't go out of my way to publicize my opinion, but I certainly won't recommend this service.

I had researched on-line, and Winkbed was my #1, but my husband did not want to buy a bed without trying it out, Sandman Sleep gave us the opportunity to do that, they had all of the top 3 that I had narrowed it down to online,
Duke was helpful in-store, We also purchased set up which included taking the old bed away, All was scheduled quickly and went well,
We have slept on our new Winkbed for almost a week, love it. My husband is actually getting up about a half hour earlier than before and says it’s because he is getting better sleep,

Very comfortable bed, I recommend it to all varieties of sleepers

Doing well replaced damaged mattress and allowed exchange for different type of mattress. Excellent customer service.

We have had the winkbed for only 3 years and the last year it has become extremely uneven and causes me severe back pain. We flipped our mattress regularly, there is no reason after only 2 years it should be this worn and uncomfortable. Complete waste of money.

Delivery was earlier than expected. The bed is not bad, good and firm. Not positive on the cost to benefit, feels like any other bed at lower price.

Easy to deal with. Great mattress. I may get another fpr one of my guest rooms. This one may be too firm. I will see over a few weeks.
