There have been some slight hiccups with the product, but customer service has been impeccable at helping sort them out. In the end this is a highly recommended must have.

I've tried VPN's that really just slowed your internet connection while supposedly protecting your identity. After researching Winston, I took the plunge into a realistic enhancement to surfing the WWW while being protected. Easy to setup and easy to use while maintaining the speed you pay for from your ISP . I'll never go back to using VPN's. Winston is the BEST!!!

Count me a raving fan of Winston Privacy. In this era of work from home, we have as many as five of us online at one time. A hardware based solution protects all users with no fuss without the social overhead of making sure everyone is practicing good internet hygiene.

The device is super-simple to set up. If you need help, the company is responsive and helpful.

I previously used a VPN service until discovering that VPN's don't block trackers and still leak data to web sites and web services. Stripping out the web beacons, location data and details from aggregators is my favorite feature. It's stunning to see the number of trackers blocked through the Winston dashboard. Since starting to use Winston, I've had several issues with IOT devices and got them all resolved very quickly through support tickets. Very helpful support team.

I have been using Winston for about a year now, and have been extremely satisfied with both the product and service. The installation setup was really seamless and very straightforward. I had some trouble with my VPN connection initially, however, they were very responsive with my ticket when I reached out for help. I love the integration with the browser extensions making it easy to toggle settings on various sites as needed. The Winston's GUI interface has continually improved throughout my ownership, and I look forward to seeing how they grow this technology.

Really happy with Winston. I was a very early adopter of this technology when offered on Kickstarter. Winston has only gotten better. I have seen a noticeable difference in pop ads. Definitely feel like I am not always watched.

I have had Winston for about a year now. It was the BEST security purchase I have ever made!!! My ISP can't even see the data being used through my IP!!!

I love this product. I like knowing that if look up where Drew Brees went to college I don't have to spend the next month getting ads for Saints jerseys. This did happen to me, but it doesn't any more. Thank you Winston.

Been using Winston for a while now much better than other vpns still have fantastic download speeds. I do have to turn it off go for certain updates though. Blocks a whole lot of stuff also.

Amazing how much tracking this blocks! I had an issue with Amazon firestick and tech support worked through the issue with me until it was resolved. Great customer service!

Winston has really opened my eyes to how much of "MY" data is really being plundered. We all love and really need to use the internet. Sites use convenience and ease of use to draw us in without hesitation. While I still have to use these sites for my day to day life. Winston puts me in control of my data! Thank you Winston.

Purchased this as an alternative to APP/Web application based VPN’s, those wouldn’t work like I would want it to for the devices I have. This is definitely worth it, I would recommend it for folks who have self installed/self monitored security systems.

I rent my internet with 3 other people and 15+ devices. 2 tenants say that their YouTube streaming is better now. 2 users say that their COD gaming runs so much smoother than before. My downloads, search and streaming is smoother than before. Since I don’t monitor their surfing, it allows the whole network privacy and security. Glad I bought the Winston.

I absolutely love the product. 4 stars instead of 5, though, because I'm growing more and more frustrated with their service. At first, it was very responsive. More recently, it is frequently a week or more between contacts, and when I do hear from them, communication is just not clear. (My impression is that their customer support people are engineers. Not great at communicating in language I can understand.) I've been without the service for two weeks now (I REALLY miss it) and I'm STILL waiting for clear instructions on what's next. Super frustrating.

We added Winston Privacy to our family network a few months ago and have never looked back. Since digital learning is now taking place 100% at home and online shopping for the holidays is in full swing, we have never looked back. Technical support is responsive and effective which is critical, as well.

I love my Winston. I check it often with the dashboard. I have no doubt it speed up my access but the fact that it covers my phone and other devices is awesome. The only thing I wish there was is an active icon on my desktop like many of my other software. Other then that I love it. It was very easy to set up and when I did talk to service it was as good as it gets. I will continue knowing this is the best there is.

The Winston Privacy works well overall and does block everything thing which is what we needed. There is some issues with some apps but overall nothing major.

I'd give it 4.5 stars but I can't because it only allows 4 or 5 stars and I can't give 5 just yet because I have yet to resolve an issue with my Arlo cameras not working while the Winston Device is plugged in. The customer service is pretty badass though (very quick an attentive response), so I am sure I will get this resolved quickly. Consider it a soon to be 5 rating. Oh yeah, the device is awesome. Scary how much stuff was tracking me on the internet that the Winston blocked. Sad that we are at this point :(
