Looked for a new dog coat for pup who's outgrown his first jacket. None that looked suitable included measurements I especially need back length as he's a dachshund. All coats sellers seem to offer are gauged on the weight of the dog. Ridiculous. Couldn't find any way of contacting sellers and customer service as others have noted are useless. During dog coat search harnesses popped up. Several Julius K9 were priced at under £5. Given this brand charges £28 plus I can only conclude the ones on Wish are not the genuine article. Again customer service proved utterly hopeless.

Trying to return an item and can't get anywhere of how to return. Says to go to customer support which I did but I just keep going round in circles. Tells me to go to my history but says I don't have any orders. Absolutely rubbish just cant seem to talk to anyone and there's no number so it looks like I'm left with an item that doesn't fit as I can't return it. Will not use Wish again

They say you can return things but you can't, its an awful process hidden and takes you ages Avoid this site. Quality is also awful

Horrible Horrible experience . I bought lunch boxes from the company - some of the boxes delivered broken and damaged , with very poor quality plastic. I did the guest checkout and now having trouble returning the items. It all about the customer experience and comfort for either buying or returning. No wonder Amazon is leading in both . Considering all the hassles I will prefer buying from Amazon or other name brands even I have to pay little extra for the same product.

The wrong item was delivered. I ordered a Fitbit strap and they sent me a mobile phone case. Trying to contact them is impossible unless you download the app or set up an account. I do not wish to do either. I will put this down to experience and will not use this seller again.

BUYER BEWARE!! holding on to my money till last resort one would assume, have had to escalate on PayPal cheap and nasty Chinese garbage very hard to get a refund and you must pay the returns. NOT GOOD at all

Ordered a few times now and alright sometimes it's not quite what you ordered but you're not spending a fortune and sometimes your have to accept that you get what you pay for. I've only had one issue where I thought I'd bought a yoga mat but I got a cheaply made "flag" with tassels...far too thin for yoga but makes a great wall hanging! Herbal weight loss products, an infrared brush for hair loss etc...have all been exactly as advertised and at 70% off the retail price!

I placed an order via my Yahoo account? Yes, I am confused, I have two accounts it would appear.
It showed one address, my home address.
When the order was confirmed it showed a second address (Evri shop), I used last year and which had many problems - orders delivered then returned. I end up out of pocket and neither wish evri resolved the problems. I stopped using wish.
After many months I decided to try again. Same problem - delivered to Everi shop and immediately returned so I never got my order.
In the meantime i tried resolving the problem and subsequent ones in dialogue with wish. Never actually answered/explained why.
I get messages to both email addresses for the same order so am confused.
I have asked specific questions and sometimes they get addressed correctly and sometimes not so.
Order delivered to the evri shop, then returned to wish according to the email, at the request of wish.
I try and go into my order as per the wish email - does not exist!
So, if wish has deleted my order, surely I should get a refund?
I want to understand what is going on with wish and my order, why I get emails to both my email addresses and why, like last year, orders get delivered to the evri shop and then returned to wish despite my going to collect on the day I get the `delivered` email...
I have tried contacting wish support via the email button - blocked (it never responds).
I have never had an explanation from wish (or everi) for these strange events.
I would like an explanation and a refund of my order if not delivered.
Last year, all deliveries were fine until I switched to the evri shop for deliveries, which is why this order I believed would go to my home address (despite it being inconvenient for me),
I send this to both wish.com and wish.co.uk.
The ideal next step is for wish to emal me directly so we can resolve the problems.

Around a decade of using Wish.
They are run by ContextLogic Inc, San Francisco and there are offices in Shanghai, Toronto, and Amsterdam. They ship from sellers in China. But you have US customer service. Which is spot on. OK shipping can bring slow sometimes (not always) but compared to years ago it's acceptable.
I am very wary of online shopping but paying though Paypal is great. Your covered. Also, only had I refused refund out of many. Which was fair enough. We buy a lot and as a percentage of orders we're very happy. There's some naff stuff but customer service are spot on. So if it's not as shown in the image or as described you can get a refund. Just contact their online customer service, send a pic to show why it's not as described and they do the rest.

Difficult to get a refund.
No complaints procedure and messages from Wish do not address the issue.
Best to use Amazon who do respond appropriately

I have been happy with wish BUT we have been waiting over 31 DAYS STILL NO DELIVERY, this means we have stop buying through wish.

My Order was Marked as delivered
parcel was never sent and the tracking number provided was false (belonged to a item delivered 2 months prior to my order to some one in Germany) this was nothing but a pure attempt to defraud
Seller now vanished from Wish

Even one star is too much. Only a few of my orders actually arrived. The tracking is a joke and there is no way of talking to anyone.....including the shipper. Every problem is dealt with by a chat bot and absolutely nothing is ever resolved. A complete waste of time and money
Don't order anything!

Came up need to pay postage which I thought nothing of and paid it for about 4 small items,then it turns out to be a subscription taking between 20 and 40 pound per month,had to stop my bank card and get a new 1 to stop these payments even after paying to stop them they still tried to get the money, will never use wish again

Purchased battery powered shoe warmer insoles with battery and remote . They just sent insoles and charged me over £16 for something completely different.
Asked customer support to intervene and they was a waste of time .

Total scam

Received an item that didnt work. Wish support didnt want to know. Opened a paypal case. Had to return it at my cost. They they refused delivery , the item sat at their local pick up for weeks and paypal closed the case in their favour because they didnt receive it even though the tracking shows they refused. Total scam and they have been reported. I am now out of £380 and no item
