Great experience
I had a great experience with WLC Car Rent! I rented a Chery Tiggo 8, and the car was brand new, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, and it was a pleasure to drive.
The team was very professional and responsive, with 24/7 availability, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their prices are also very fair for the quality of service and vehicles they provide.
I highly recommend WLC Car Rent and will definitely use their services again!

Really happy with this rental. The car was in excellent condition, very clean, and drove perfectly. The whole process—from booking to return—was quick and stress-free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent again!

I was traveling home for a few days and…
I was traveling home for a few days and looking to rent a car, but my first experience with WLC left quite a bitter impression, especially in terms of transparency.
“Zero Liability” sounds like it offers complete peace of mind, but in reality it only covers officially recorded accidents. In other words, if the car gets scratched, a tire is cut, or a mirror/window is damaged, you’re not covered unless you’ve added the “extra option”, because these are considered “incidents” even if they happen… accidentally 😅😊
And of course, these essential details are NOT made clear from the beginning, but only appear after you’ve entered your personal details.
I find it perfectly reasonable to have an extra charge for “after hours” pick-up or drop-off, however basic services like valeting, which are included in the final rental price with other companies, should be clearly communicated upfront, not discovered along the way.
Personally, I believe it would be much fairer to display a real “all-inclusive” price from the start, from which you can remove options you don’t need, rather than finding out later what is actually NOT included.
Unfortunately, this kind of approach does not inspire trust.
In the end, it’s not just about pricing or terminology, but about transparency and respect for the customer.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify that no confirmed rental took place; we only received a request for pick-up on 25.03.2026, which did not proceed as our offer did not match your requirements – which is completely understandable.
We strive to be fully transparent: all fees, including pick-up/drop-off, relocation, and optional services, are clearly listed on our website from the start. The “Zero Liability” option covers the car body only, and clients can choose additional packages for full coverage at any time before pick-up. Our goal is to provide both full-coverage and economical options so each client can make an informed choice.
We hope this clarifies how our services work and our commitment to transparency.
