Am avut o experiență excelentă cu WLC…

Am avut o experiență excelentă cu WLC Rent a Car, (CALITATEA PREȚULUI ESTE TOP , pot spune ca a fost foarte mic pentru mașina primita ☺️☺️❤️❤️❤️) și pot spune că totul a fost peste așteptări. De la primul contact până la predarea mașinii, totul a fost organizat perfect. Echipa este foarte profesionistă, respectuoasă, punctuală și foarte amabilă.

Procesul de închiriere a fost simplu și rapid, fără complicații. Comunicarea a fost clară și mereu disponibilă pentru orice întrebare. Mașina primită a fost într-o stare impecabilă: foarte curată, bine întreținută și perfectă pentru călătorie.

Se vede că această companie pune mare accent pe seriozitate, respect față de clienți și servicii de calitate. Este exact genul de firmă de la care închiriezi cu încredere și fără griji.

Recomand cu toată încrederea WLC Rent a Car tuturor celor care caută servicii serioase de închiriere auto în România. Cu siguranță voi reveni și voi apela din nou la ei la următoarea vizită

Exceptional Service

I had an outstanding experience with WLC Rent a Car and cannot recommend them highly enough. Despite facing the frustration of two cancelled flights, the team made my car rental the easiest part of my journey.
The Booking Process
A massive thank you to Adriana, who assisted me from the very beginning until the end. Her customer service skills are top-tier; she guided me through the entire booking process and made sure everything felt smooth and effortless.
Going Above and Beyond
I also want to give a special shout-out to the gentleman at the Timișoara branch. Due to my flight issues, I had to make a new booking on very short notice. He handled the situation perfectly, managing to get me a car quickly and significantly lowering my stress levels during a difficult time.
Excellent Communication
Because of my travel changes, I was also in contact with the Cluj, Craiova, and București branches. Across the board, I found the staff to be incredibly friendly, professional, and ready to help with every request.
The verdict: If you want a car rental company that actually cares about its customers and provides seamless service even when plans go wrong, go with WLC!

PS: Do yourself a favor and rent the Audi A5! ;))

Duster 2025

Am inchiriat un Duster 2025 pe o perioada de 11 zile. Masina a fost imaculata, prezentarea serviciului la fel iar prestatia colaboratorului WLC pe nume Ovidiu de nota 10. A fost prima data cand am inchiriat de la WLC dar sub nicio forma ultima. Recomand WLC !!
