Beautiful and warm, but sizing is off. It's super tight in the shoulders. I don't think this was meant to be a scam, but I did notice they didn't post my review saying this exact same thing. You only can see 5 star reviews, which would have been a red flag, but I didn't even think twice about helping wolves. Good cause, just not the best quality. You'd be better off donating to a known charity. Defenders of Wildlife is trusted and all the money goes towards protecting wildlife. You can't buy a coat, but you can still help wolves.

DO NOT BUY! My husband purchased the black womens jacket as a surprise because he new I wanted it and I love helping charities so best surprise ever, but the jacket is never coming. He ordered it on November 1st and we still haven't recieved it. Their phone number no longer works and no one answers the emails we've sent. This is really unfortunate. We're out of that money now and seems like we will not be getting a refund.

I just received my “coat” what a complete disappointment definitely not worth $60. Cheaply made overpriced sweatshirt jacket. Definitely not for winter. This was out of character for me as I do not trust online retailers. Well this has confirmed my suspicions 🤷‍♀️. I didn’t research the company & mistakenly believed it was to help save wolves. I learned after purchase they are a scam company. Not wasting my time trying to get a refund. Chalk it up to lesson learned. Also I ordered this jacket on 11/6/24 supposed to be delivered within 5 business days. One month later I received said jacket. I emailed the company & received automated replies. Definitely a scam

DO NOT buy from Wolf Mission. I bought a coat which wasn't cheap. The coat is very made from cheap sweatshirt material, the stitching is very noticeably puckered and uneven. I have contacted them via return email and through their website several times and they still have not replied. Looks like I'm stuck with a 'coat' no-one would ever wear.

Placed an order, 10 days later received an automated email saying it was out of stock but would be shipped soon. I emailed and asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They Instantly countered with the offer of a discount. I refused and requested a full refund. Heard nothing until a week later an automated shipment email arrived. Again emailed, they said there was nothing they could do as the goods were with the courier but I could return for a refund. 10 days later I received a parcel with a uk return address that had been sent on a Royal Mail 48 hour delivery rate! And guess what, as soon as I emailed requesting a return they offered a discount to keep the goods. When I refused and said I wanted a full refund I’ve heard absolutely nothing. This company is a complete scam. Do not pay them any money.

Oh no, I wish I read these reviews first. I ordered a coat yesterday. I'm crossing my fingers it's not as bad as described in some of these reviews. I tried emailing them, and it came back unsent.

Billigt skräp för dyra pengar. Bild-produkt stämmer ej ang kläderna. Köp ej!! Vill få pengar tillbaka men de svarar ej och slutar skicka mail.

Have a look at "Ali Express", "Shein", "Temu" or the likes. You will find where this company gets it's stock. Jackets, tops, rings etc. A t-shirt from Wolf Mission costing £99, costs around £4. Please be careful.

This is a scam company, my parents purchased two jackets and also donated to safe wolves: a month’s later still no order received. They reply to you whenever they feel like it with bs excuses that they are too busy and the order is on the way. Stay away! We had to report them in order to get our money back. Shame on them. They also use the name of the actual company that does help wolves except they added shop in the end. Shame shame shame!

Coat wasn't up to the standard I expected. Ordered size 18, didn't come close to the size, trying to send it back

I ordered two hoodies and the grey coat…the hoodies arrived and are super cheap nylon…the coat never arrived…I’ve been emailing for over a year and they will not make it right DO NOT ORDER

The products are unbelievably cheap and not worth it to me at all. Ordered the grey coat, a hoodie, and a ring. I don't want this poor quality stuff that doesn't resemble the pictures, and is made of flimsy material that falls apart, and nylon. The ring I got is of cheap pot-metal, and has sharp points that make it unusable. Their site says if I'm not in LOVE with the products I'll get a stress free refund. The 30% discount they've finally offered (after a week and 3 emails to them before they answered) is NOT a stress free experience. They try to guilt you into not having to back their own refund/return offers, stating that they're strapped helping the poor wolves, but research says they aren't legitimate, so what they advertise needs to be upheld. If they don't offer to make it right with a full refund I'll have to go through my payment method. The good reviews I saw on their own website must be bogus, written by their own staff. Don't be fooled like I was. Instead go to the REAL wolf conservation website in the actual USA, whose name they may just be trying to scam on. Zero stars
UPDATE: It's now December, they still haven't answered my emails requesting a Return Label. My payment method WON'T give me a refund because they're satisfied that I've received the "merchandise", even though it's awful and the site won't uphold their refund statements. I'm out $200. I have reported them to the BBB. I repeat: PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Har købt en jakke og bluse! Virkelig dårlig kvalitet, jakken er ikke engang varm og virker som noget underligt stof. Blusen kunne være lavet af plastik, tynd og ubehagelig. Det bedste var der armbånd som var med. Ikke pengene værd!

I ordered 2 coats I got them after 2.5 weeks but that’s okay. I like them so much. I got an email with a kind message stating that I would receive the coats a bit later. I am gonna order more things. 😘

I purchased the Wolf RING on the 10th October for which I was happy to pay £32.00 to help the wolves. Today 22nd October my package arrived with the beautiful ring enclosed plus a free gift of a leather type bracelet with a wolves head motto. Both items are good quality and I am delighted with my purchase. I foolishly read other reviews and believed the Wolf Mission was a scam but now I have received my goods I can only say I had excellent service.

DON'T DO IT!!

They are ignoring my emails and are only offering a partial refund. Tara was first. Told me my coat would be delayed. I asked to cancel the order. She shipped it that same day!! I asked again. No response.

Tiffany was next. I received the coat. It's already pilling, and honestly, kind of ugly and unflattering. I asked to return the coat. She wrote back that she would be willing to give me a 60% refund for the RING (WHAT RING?) because they already put my money towards the wolves. STOP IT. I immediately wrote back that she had the wrong item and this was unacceptable. 5 days later and ZERO RESPONSE. No acknowledgment. No return instructions. Nothing. This is just bad business that could really taint what it is they are trying to do IF they are really even doing what they say. Makes me wonder.

Company has not responded to my messages. 800 phone number is out of service. I ordered wolf hoodie on 09/19/24 with promise of free express shipping of 3-5 days. Did get email saying they had excessive demands but order is on way. Their tracking app is crap, shows my order is in China. If I had known I have to deal with China I never would have ordered. This is so frustrating and sad. Perhaps I should consult my attorney.

Hi. I'm from Greece. Recendly i ordered a ring and a pendant. I make the payment through credit card. I received my order after 30 days, but, I know that from my experience, Ι ordered it, in the other side of the planet. I understand the dificulties of this kind of transfers, the courier companies, the customs, the taxis etc.
My orders. Are beautiful, the pendant is both sides ornated, with the picture of wolf, made of stainless steel and the ring is excellend too, with the possibility to abjust the size.
