Ordered wolf lamp. took 4 weeks to arrive - it looks nothing like the photo - nasty piece of tatty plastic which is tiny, battery operated and does not light up like it should - colours are off and scratches over it. Total SCAM.

On July 2024 I ordered the wolf ring but since I paid through PayPal it updated the address. Immediately I contacted them through email and they changed the shipping address to the correct one but they shipped it wrong (or never, I cannot know!). Point is I contacted them several times proving that I have sent them the correct address but no response. The same with the refund I asked. Whoever tells me that they do not scam is wrong

Ordered a beautiful jacket with gorgeous large wolf logos on the shoulder and pocket. Got a cheap jacket ($10 Walmart jacket) with a tiny iron-on. SCAM.

I ordered the wolf lamp, supposed to be stained glass but it's plastic. Ordered before Christmas and have just received it today. No batteries, no instructions and extremely disappointed with it.

I posted an order on the 1st of July last year. I was informed that the delivery may delay due to lots of pending orders. Since then I have sent several emails requesting delivery or money refund but never recieved a response. The guys are fraudulent. Do not order anything 'cause you will just loose your money. I am very fond of animals and that's why I decided to order from them. Big mistake!

This company is a scam. I found this website and all these reviews after I placed the order.

I attempted to cancel my order via email 3 times. The first time, someone responded within a day asking why. I responded with a reason, then there was no further response. Five days later, I received an email indicating that the shipment is delayed. I responded again indicating that I already cancelled the order. No response again.

The address they include in the emails is 2093
PHILADELPHIA PIKE #9239 Claymont, Delaware19703, which is not listed on their website. I used Google Map to locate this place, and it looks like an old warehouse with no signage at all. Furthermore, my credit card record shows that this company is in Tureby, Denmark, which explains why their website design is actually quite elegant and fooled me to begin with.

As soon as I found out this is a scam, I contacted my credit card company right away. Because I authorized the transaction, they were not able to stop/cancel the payment, even though the transaction was still in pending stage. But they replaced my credit card to avoid further charges. They also informed me that I can dispute the transaction after 15 days of the transaction, which I just did.

My credit card company also suggested that I filed a complaint to Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre to make a strong case. I did it, too.

Lastly, this scam got me via a sponsor link in Facebook. I reported the page to Facebook but the response was that they cannot do anything about it. It is very sad to see more people continue to be scammed.

I hope this report helps you get your money back. I feel I will get mine back but it will take some time, a few months, probably.

Ordered a sweater to save wolves. Delivery has been postponed multiple times. I still do not have my item. Phone numbers doesn't work. I have been in touch with them via email but still haven't received my order. I will report this business.

They state they are a US-based company but actually are based in China. You don't learn that until you wait a week for them to ship something, and it comes from their location in China. AVOID!!!

I ordered the beautiful coat. I got a confirmation then 3 days before Christmas I got a message saying they were overwelmed by the amount of orders but I was a priority. It said I would receive the order 5-10 business days. It's been over that time. They took my money from my account on Dec. 15. I called their phone number and it said it no longer was connected. I have texted with order and ID numbers. I have heard NOTHING!

I received the wrong item than what I ordered and have made multiple attempts to their customer service to get this corrected. Almost a month after placing and receiving my order, no assistance.

My order auto populated an old address for delivery. I caught it and have sent multiple emails to provide the correct information. I have had zero response. I feel silly for not doing my research 🙃. I know better. Flushing $ down the toile😒

The stuff that was delivered was nothing like the description. Cheap and nasty. Traced it to China. There is a real Wolf Mission who will suffer because of these scammers. My bank is trying to get my money back. All they offer is 30%. Put me off buying online, shame for genuine sellers.

I was thinking about ordering the wolf ring. I am not going to because of all of the reviews. What a scam they are. They ship just enough to pacify a few people to write a good review. Reviews are almost always trustworthy.

Purchased a coat and sweatshirt, in the first week of November. Nothing has been delivered and no response from seller. I should have read the reviews first.😡🤬

Yes, had to wait about 3 weeks, but love the product. It is one of their coats. Well made, and looks really good. Fantastic spring/fall coat given our winters are SO much colder than where these guys are. Sizing was good, communication was good etc.

Ordered 3 of their coats and a ring for Christmas gifts back in November. Orders show shipped but nothing came. No response to 7 emails that I’ve sent. They are potentially a scam. Great concept - sucked me in but no refund and no product and zero accountability.

Worst experience ever. Zero customer service. Won’t reply to my emails, FB posts, calls etc. They claim on their website to have a “30 Day Money Back Guarantee”. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Do not fall for this SCAM. Took forever to get here from China. I have the ALL tracking info. It was described as a warm winter jacket. It was not even close. It is made of a very cheap material, very poorly made. That’s on me for trusting an advertising on social media. I thought I was helping a good cause. My bad for not researching and checking reviews. I highly doubt they are saving anything, just lining their pockets. Don’t waste your time or money. They just want your money then they ghost you.

My experience has been awful and customer service response has been zero. Coat I received was not what they advertise. I have emailed twice for a refund, I have sent a message on FB, nothing. Preying on those that love all K9s and would happily support the welfare for these wonderful animals. Downright con!!!!
