Appalling high handed service when as a regular customer over several years I was hit with £77 of taxes which were both new and not highlighted. Needless to say their prices are the same as you will pay in the shops so a massive profit for them. My attempts as a solicitor to point out to them that they are in breach of UK consumer law just met with obfuscation. I returned the package but still awaiting the return of the £290 I paid them. I will move to Falke. I like Wolford but would never buy anything from them again

Bestellte Ware wird nicht geliefert, keine Reaktion auf Mails, keine Kundenbetreuung, Versand ist das letzte! Nach 4 Wochen wird einfach der Status auf Zugestellt geÀndert aber keine Angabe darÌber, wo zugestellt wurde? Jedenfalls nicht an die angegebene von mir.
Heute sind es 7 Wochen seit der Bestellung. Somit keine Ware und das Geld ist auch weg.
Wieder was dazu gelernt.

Wolford bestÀtigt indirekt dass sie ein unfÀhiges Logistigkonzept haben, fÌr eine "ehemals" Weltfirma, ein untragbarer Zustand. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen. Hier scheinen QualitÀt und Kundenzufriedenheit Fremdwörter zu sein.

Unexpected extra charges for Swiss customers + contradictory customer service
I had a very disappointing experience ordering from Wolford as a customer in Switzerland.
At checkout, the order clearly indicated that VAT was included and shipping would be via DHL. However, the parcel was actually delivered by Swiss Post. A few days later, I received an unexpected invoice from Swiss Post for CHF 9.50 related to the delivery.
The item itself cost about CHF 105, so this was already surprising.
Because the first item I ordered (size M) was too small, I had already returned it and ordered the same item again in size L (before receiving the Swiss Post bill for the size M). This means I could potentially receive another CHF 9.50 Swiss Post bill for the second shipment, bringing the total unexpected charges to CHF 19 on an item worth around CHF 105.
I contacted Wolford customer service to clarify the situation.
First, customer service agent Monika Schefer confirmed in writing that if I kept the item, Wolford would refund the additional taxes. Based on this statement, I agreed to keep the item.
However, shortly afterwards another agent, Martina Notarfrancesco, contradicted this and told me that Wolford cannot refund customs duties, offering only a 10% voucher instead.
So the result was:
Unexpected CHF 9.50 charges from Swiss Post after delivery
Potential CHF 19 total extra costs on a product worth about CHF 105
Conflicting answers from two Wolford customer service agents
A clear promise of reimbursement that was later withdrawn
For a premium brand like Wolford, this is extremely disappointing customer service.
I order frequently from international retailers and have never received surprise invoices after delivery like this. Many brands either handle the customs paperwork properly or reimburse customers when extra charges appear.
Instead, Wolfordâs response was inconsistent and dismissive. Swiss customers should be aware that additional delivery charges may appear after purchase and that customer service responses may be inconsistent.

i placed an order in October 2024 , no email for order confirmation sent, after nearly a month wait, i sent them an email asking where my order is, email was BOUNCED BACK, it turned out that the email on their website was not working! i got panic (it was £96, not little) and luckily my bank approved chargback as no order was delivered. fastforward to march 2025, they sent me a letter by post claiming that i owed 140 EUR to them. They claimed that the order was delivered and according to their screenshot it was delivered two months later when i was abroad during Christmas.THERE WAS NO EMAIL PRIOR TO DELIVERY EITHER!!!!!! i told them that i did not receive the order and kept pushing me to fill out the forms, I CONTACTED UK INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER CENTRE WHO ADVISED ME TO STOP COMMUNICATING WITH THEM, THIS IS 2026 THEY STILL HARASSES ME!

Man bestellt etwas, weil es im Internet als verfÃŒgbar angezeigt wird, wartet geduldig auf die Lieferung â und dann kommt sie nicht an. Man wird auch nicht darÃŒber informiert, dass der Artikel gar nicht mehr verfÃŒgbar ist, es sei denn, man fragt selbst nach. Wenn man schlieÃlich versucht, eine ErklÀrung zu bekommen, erhÀlt man nur formelle Antworten, die offensichtlich mit kÃŒnstlicher Intelligenz erstellt wurden und nicht wirklich auf das Problem eingehen.

Die Bestellungen Ìber Zalando bei Wolford wurden schnell versendet und ebenfalls gut verpackt. HÀtte Wolford die Retouren nicht so gut und schnell dokumentiert, dann hÀtte ich bei Zalando retounierte Ware bezahlen mÌssen. DafÌr vielen Dank an Wolford. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

I regret that I did not review recent customer feedback prior to placing my order.
After purchasing directly from your website, I was unexpectedly charged customs fees that were not covered or clearly communicated at the point of sale. For a brand positioned at a premium level, this lack of transparency is unacceptable.
I have been a long-standing admirer of Wolford for many years, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Clear communication around international duties and charges is not optional â it is a basic expectation of ethical and professional commerce.
Customers should not discover additional costs after purchase. Transparency should be explicit, not implied or hidden within small print.
As a result of this experience, I will not be purchasing from Wolford again.

I recently paid £210 for a pullover on their UK site and I was asked to pay £88 in customs charges as it had been shipped from Germany for some reason.
I wrote to them regarding this and they offered me £50 off if I reordered it but I would have to wait at least 30 days for a refund for the one that had been sent from Germany as the Royal Mail hold it for 30 days before they send it back to them.
I reordered, against my better judgement and the same thing happened again!!!
I complained and they yet again just offered the same option.
I am now £420 down, no pullover, no apology, no idea how to order an actual pullover from them.
They are seriously the worst retail company I have ever come across.
Do not order from them, they wonât care about looking after you as a customer.

Faktisch bedeutet das:
Wolford behÀlt den Artikel UND das Geld.
Zum Vergleich: Eine andere Retoure vom selben Tag bei einem anderen HÀndler wurde innerhalb weniger Tage vollstÀndig erstattet. So funktioniert normaler Onlinehandel.
Dieses Verhalten ist fÃŒr mich inakzeptabel, besonders fÃŒr eine sogenannte âNobelmarkeâ.
Ich werde nie wieder bei Wolford bestellen und rate jedem dringend, sich das gut zu Ìberlegen oder nur noch im stationÀren Handel zu kaufen.
