They advertised a spa package for 2 people for 400 AED.
But when I tried to book the appointment, I was suddenly told I need to pay an EXTRA 400 AED on top!!!
Whatâs the point of buying a âgift experienceâ if the recipient still has to pay almost the same amount again?
And the funniest part â the original price directly through the spa is almost HALF CHEAPER than through Wondergifts.
Very misleading advertising and extremely disappointing customer experience.

Close to very good/excellent, with a little tweak about listening first rather than assuming.
There was a bit of âwe canât do that according to Terms & Conditionsâ but when I pointed out their booking terms allowed for a change they went away and investigated and, to be fair, agreed that was correct and made the changes without any argument.
Itâs frustrating always to be faced immediately with a blank hand, and I do wish companies would train their staff to listen rather than quote back Ts&Cs, but once explained they were easy to deal with. So it would have been 5* if that listening was upfront, but still the feedback is good.

I bought the Al Marmoom Luxury Dome Stay: One Night Full Board with G-Class Safari & More and they simply said when I asked to confirm the booking that there is NO SAFARI !!!! I mean it says in the title as well as what is included section that there is safari included. It is an expensive experience and there is no excuse for cheating people! They are just good at taking peopleâs money
