Hello,
I just finalized a 22 day tour of North and Central Vietnam. Solo female traveler with 30 year of international travel. I will update once I complete my travels next month.
This review is in regards to my experience in working/booking with the Cici. I contacted 9 local companies all found from TripAdvisor and Tour Radar. I had specific places I wanted to see with activities from my research. 4 agencies answered promptly. Out of those 4 agencies, Cici and Wanderscape, provided the best service, ( I had specific itinerary with the many requests I had with places, activities, hotels, dates) best prices, and were very reliable. They matched my hotels I found on other sites and with better rooms. Got the entire 22 day trip planned in 8 days. Cici had excellent advice, and with her help I planned a better trip. Many of the agencies were very slow to respond, or no response, couldn't really work with unique itineraries, quoted outrageous prices. All the agencies I contacted are all well reviewed/known ones. I will be traveling solo, but wanted to join other small groups throughout. I have only worked with Cici, so I can only speak about my experience with her. Excellent service, very forthcoming, trustworthy.

My husband and I recently completed an incredible 31-day journey through Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand in February 2026, organized by Wonderscape Travel, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

What makes our experience even more impressive is that we planned the trip with only two weeks' notice. Despite the short timeline, CiCi and her team put together a flawlessly organized itinerary that exceeded all of our expectations.

We booked our own international flights to and from the United States, and Wonderscape handled absolutely everything else. They arranged all transportation throughout the trip, including domestic flights, trains, buses, river boats, and private vehicles. Every entrance fee for every attraction we visited was included, making the entire experience completely stress-free.

One of our primary requests was to avoid very early starts whenever possible. We asked not to leave our hotels before 8:00 a.m. allowing us to enjoy the amazing breakfasts served at the hotels. These were not the breakfasts we have come to expect from US hotels, but amazing buffets. We had also requested to return by no later than 5:00 p.m. so we could explore each destination on our own in the evenings. All our private guides were amazing resources for evening food and entertainment recommendations. This allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local night culture. CiCi listened carefully and designed an itinerary that perfectly accommodated our preferences.

The level of service throughout the trip was exceptional. Every day, we were greeted in our hotel lobby by a private guide, private driver, and transportation, all ready and waiting for us. Wonderscape also arranged all of our accommodations to our requested 4-star standard. Over the course of the trip, we stayed in 14 different properties, including hotels, hostels, and even a cruise ship, and every accommodation met or exceeded our expectations.

CiCi's attention to detail was remarkable. She was always available to answer questions and assist us whenever needed. She even went above and beyond by adjusting our itinerary so we could spend an evening with friends during the trip. That flexibility and personal attention made a great experience even better.

Perhaps most surprising was the value. Given the level of customization, private guides, transportation, accommodations, and seamless logistics, the cost of the tour was extremely reasonable.

I simply could not give Wonderscape Travel and CiCi a higher rating. This was one of the most enjoyable and worry-free trips we have ever taken. I would recommend Wonderscape and CiCi without hesitation to anyone considering travel in Southeast Asia. My only disappointment is that they don't offer tours in more destinations around the world!

Our 31 day tour with Wonderscape travel was a trip of a lifetime. We cannot imagine being in better hands. Every detail was handled with professionalism and expertise. Any changes to the itinerary were accommodated with grace and patience. Everything happened like clockwork. Every single guide showed up on time and had incredible knowledge of the local area, allowing us to experience local culture in a very personal way that we could not have possibly achieved had we been travelling on our own. Behind the scenes, CICi worked expertly to ensure that every single detail was planned meticulously. We always knew we were in great hands and will be eternally grateful.

This is my first time back since I left over 40 years ago. I'm so happy I went through Ms CiCi. Everything was handled from rides to tours and the customs of the location, holiday occasion. Ms CiCi also adjusted the itinerary to fit what I wanted and patiently answered all my questions. It was an emotional reconnection with my motherland and not worrying about the logistics allowed me to enjoy my trip to the fullest

From the time of planning our 2 week vietnam trip travelling north to south,from the start till we got home in uk,the communication and organisation of our trip.i.e our tours,internal flights,hotels,transfers were very well organised by Cici,big thank you to Cici and wonderscape travel,A brilliant company to deal with

The tour guides were very nice and did a good job explaining whatever we were seeing. The tours were often running late and had pickups at 8-10 hotels before beginning the tour (which meant we drove around the city for 60-90 minutes before the tour even began,) so we would have to be at the hotel lobby at 6:45-7:00 am but the tour didn't actually leave the general area to BEGIN the drive to the activities until after 8:00-8:30 am, and in several cases later than that because even though we were told we MUST be in the lobby at "x" time, the bus would arrive 20-30 minutes later. Wonderscape Tours (at least the one I was on) aren't like a regular tour group where you see the same people daily. They make your hotel reservations and then list the tours as if it's part of a "group" but it's actually a bunch of excursions strung together and sold to people by various companies, so there is no continuity of people on the trip and why we spent a lot of time picking up people at various hotels. Also some tours don't get back to the hotel (after picking up at 7:00 am) until 7:30 pm without dinner included. So I would have to eat, shower etc and be ready to eat breakfast, get ready for the day and be in the lobby at 7:00 am again! That's not a vacation to me! If it wasn't for the good tour guides I would rate the company a 1 or 2. Also, the day before I left I got an email claiming that there were "extra" fees added at a cost of 199.00 that must be paid in cash (USD) on the first day of the tour if I wanted to go on it. This was not an invoice I neglected to pay because I have a paid in full invoice from Wonderscape dated several months earlier with a ZERO BALANCE. If I preferred I could pay by credit card but at the current exchange rate plus 3 % credit card fee. I had no choice but to pay, since it was too late to get a trip refund or cancel airline tickets. And it was less than what I would have paid for "cancel for any reason" trip insurance.

I truly appreciate the excellent arrangements made during our recent trip to Vietnam. The itinerary was well planned, accommodations were comfortable at good locations and overall coordination was seamless. Tom attention to detail and responsiveness made the experience enjoyable and stress free. Thank you for ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Wonderfully crafted trip, amazing experiences.

We are so glad that we used Wonderscape Travel through Tour Radar to arrange our entire 11-day private tour from start to finish. We worked with Mr. Aaron Quan Nguyen from Wonderscape Travel and he was wonderful to work with before, during and after our vacation. They are based in Vietnam so they know how to tailor a Vietnam vacation.

The only thing we had to arrange was our international flights from our home country to and from Vietnam. They arranged all domestic flights, which for us included Hanoi to Da Nang, Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), and HCMC to Phu Quoc.

We highly recommend booking a private tour rather than a group tour because you can customize your itinerary to exactly how you want it including where to stay, what tours to take, and during each tour when you want to start, where to go, how long to stay at each site and when you want to eat and to leave, among many other options that you don’t get to control if you’re in a group tour. The cost is not that much more. We also highly recommend upgrading from the standard 3-star hotel accommodation to the 5-star hotel accommodation option for only a few hundred dollars more per person. It is totally worth it. All our hotels included a breakfast buffet which were all so extensive and delicious that we were so full that we usually skipped lunch unless it was included in our tour, in which case we skipped dinner, which saved us time and money.

Mr. Aaron Quan Nguyen and Wonderscape Travel arranged all our private tansfers from the airport to our hotels and then back to the airport in Hanoi, Da Nang, HCMC and Phu Quoc. They booked all our hotel accommodations which were all 5-star quality with the upgrade and we were happy with each and every hotel. They booked a walking tour of Hanoi’s Old Quarter (where we stayed in a 5-star hotel) that included sampling of various Vietnamese foods. They booked our 2-day, 1-night overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay which included the 3-hour bus transfer to and from Hanoi, and which also included 2 lunches, 1 dinner and 1 breakfast.

They booked our private tour of Ninh Binh (2.5 hours from Hanoi) which included lunch and tickets to the Trang An or Tam Coc boat ride. They also booked our private tour to Ba Na Hills which included cable car/entrance tickets which are usually 1,000,000 VND or about $38 USD per person. It did not include lunch but Ba Na Hills gives passes for free beer or french fries to everyone so it was enough with the big breakfast that we had, so we did not need time for lunch and on the same day we went to Hoi An and rode in a coconut boat, then visited Hoi An’s Ancient Town with the yellow buildings and lantern lit streets and boats and had dinner there.

We then flew to Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) where our tour would included private tours of HCMC and the Mekong Delta including lunch, be we wanted to explore HCMC on our own so we asked for and received free days in HCMC, including of course the included daily breakfast buffets. We then flew to Phu Quoc where we stayed in a 3,700 square foot, beachfront, 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa with its own private pool. It did require a small upgrade above the 5-star upgrade but was worth it.

In summary, we highly recommend using Mr. Aaron Quan Nguyen and Wonderscape Travel to book your Vietnam vacation and take care of everything for you. It is well worth it.

The trip was very well organised by Wonderscape Travel. The itinerary was very well planned with breaks to recover from previous day tours. Guide for all the tours were professional and very knowledgeable about the culture / history to put each tours in context and its importance to the Vietnamese people. Special mention to out contact at Wonderscape Travel Cici who was available 24/7 for our questions and made the trip easy as.
All the tours were run on a vary timely manner - really appreciate this one.

This was a great way to tick off all the destinations in an efficient manner. The whole itinerary went like clockwork and was very well organised.
