I have bought a few blinds from Wooden Blinds and they’re always perfect. Quick delivery, easy to install, easy to clean and they look great in any room. We have Wooden Slat Blinds with tapes in our bathroom, daughter’s nursery and landing and their StickFit Wood Venetian Blinds in our dining room. As a paying customer I genuinely love this brand.

Ordered 14 wood venetian perfect fit blinds. Every single one came correctly sized according to the measurements I provided. So easy to assemble. I was very impressed with the quality and they've completely transformed my windows, giving them a sleek modern look. Not a single fault with any of the 14 blinds. This will be my "go to" company when I need more blinds.

Delighted with my blinds they look amazing! Excellent service throughout. A pelmet arrived damaged but they responded promptly and sent replacement. No hesitation in recommending this Company

Blinds are very easy to order and arrived quickly. We now have them all around our home, including our little girl’s nursery, bathroom and landing. The quality is unmatched and they’re pretty easy to install!

You’re advertising same day despatch on orders? I wouldn’t say I agree with this at all.

I ordered over £800 of blinds from you on 25th July with an ETA of 3rd August. This is not same day or even the same week. Regardless. I was happy to wait as I knew the quality would be amazing, given your reviews.

When the order arrived on 3rd August, it was only part of the order, yet the email stated it was delivered in full, the box said parcel 1 of 1. No email to explain why there was only part of an order despatched. I had to call on the 4th to check had it been lost, delayed, returned. I was advised I’d get a call back, and I didn’t so I called again on 5th to chase this. I was then advised part of the order was out of stock, and you’re waiting on parts coming in, expected 8th with an ETA of 13th to me.
I called on Monday 11th to check had the parts come in, you were going to check with the factory and come back to me, you didn’t. I called again on the 12th to chase this, you said you were waiting for the factory to advise, I asked for it to be chased again, and a call back so I didn’t have to keep chasing it, and it was escalated to the directors.

No one has called me back, my order isn’t here, and so I have had to call AGAIN today (13th) to chase have they been despatched. I was advised today they won’t be ready to ship until Friday 15th (3 weeks since ordering) and will be with me approx 20th. Nearly one month on from ordering.

Needless to say, I’m very unhappy with the service and will be sending my complaint over to your directors for a personal explanation as to what has gone wrong and how you are going to make it better. 😡

The blinds came and I was shocked at the poor quality

The head rail is plastic not wood and came scratched which they find acceptable as they give a bit of wood to cover it up so they don’t see it as damaged

The slats were badly cut and painted but they see this as acceptable as if you stand 1 m away you probably can’t see it.

Same corporate responses to emails shocking product kept telling me to put them up when I had already said that I would have them in my house.

I wouldnt recommend going to them if you want a truly wooden blind of quality without what I would call damage.

I ordered 3 sets of perfect fit wooden blinds and when they arrived they were lovely and I couldn’t wait to get them up. I realised that I had mistakenly ordered 74/85 instead of 70.4/85. I contacted the company and they were really nice and I thought they would help out and exchange them. I didn’t take the insurance unfortunately. They eventually got back to me after 10 days to say that they would take 25% off if I ordered the blinds again at full price. This was something I couldn’t do financially. So be very careful when ordering and make sure you double check and take the insurance. Expensive mistake 🙈🙃

The customer service was amazing when I dealt with this company they sent me out samples that I had chose and when I picked the one I wanted they sent me everything out very quickly. These were extremely quick to fit and look amazing. Will be using again 10/10

10/10 blinds, I received a few samples through the post of different colours so I knew I was selecting the one I really liked. The blinds came shortly after that and the quality of them is amazing. So easy to fit and make such a difference to my hall space. Will be using the company again, the customer service also makes it such an amazing experience. Lovely product.

We have the stick fit wooden blinds for our patio doors and they have been the perfect addition. They’re really great quality, look amazing and work perfectly. They’re arrived quickly and the installation was really easy. Would recommend to anyone.

Just received some Faux Wood Blinds for my kitchen! Was very happy when I realised I could order samples for free especially as we were really unsure on colours.10/10 would recommend!

Purchased a perfect fit blind. Unpacked the blind, tried to follow the assembly instructions, but could not assemble the frame. I called them, asking for better instructions, I was sent a video. From the video the assembly looked so easy to fit, however, I could see the fittings on the video were different to those on my blind. I tried for 3hours to assemble the blind but still couldn't. I also had 2 other people try and they failed. After several phone calls I was told that the manufacture had changed but that they had no updated assembly instructions!! I advised them by email and telephone that I was not satisfied with the product and I wanted a full refund. No positive response other than they were discussing with the senior team. Today almost a week later I finally had new instructions emailed to me, which are less than useless!. I still cannot assemble the blind. It also now seems the blinds are not made by Wooden blinds.co.uk but by a compay called Decora in Ireland. I contacted them direct but they dont have assembly instructions!!
The new instructions were sent to me today by wooden blinds.co.uk just before their lines closed so I cannot contact them. Have to wait another day!! I would never order from this company again. Revised review to 2 stars as after numerous phone calls a full refund was given.

I ordered my items Sunday night and i realised i chosen the wrong colour, I tried phoning them, no answer, tried live chat no respond so i emailed them to cancel the order or corrected,
called them Monday morning exactly at 9am and explained whats happened but in a very rude and disrespectful manor told me they can change the order, i asked if i can cancel they said no you have to have your wrong order and you have no right to cancel,
I can not believe i forced to have the wrong colour blinds and i have no right to cancel nor to change colour my ordered,
