Great service, great prices and excellent products.

Terrible. Numerous calls and emails with evidence and still no resolution or call back despite promises to call back at the latest by the end of the day.

Avoid.

Next day order on 13th January and still no blinds on the 21st.

CLEARLY ADVERTISING FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND THEN WHEN YOU GO TO CHECK OUT IT ADDS £8.95 DELIVERY. WHEN QUESTIONED I WAS TOLD IT IS BECAUSE MY ORDER IS BELOW £199.00. NO MENTION ON THE ACTUAL ADVERT, APPARENTLY IS A CHARGE FOR FREE NEXT DAY DESPATCH THAT IS NORMALLY £20.00, YES I KNOW, VERY CONFUSING AND THE VERY CLEVER??? OLIVIA FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE LIVE CHAT ACTUALLY BELIEVES THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS. YOU HAVE TO TROLL THROUGH THERE SITE TO FATHOM THIS OUT, SO IT HAS BEEN CLEVERLY DESIGNED TO GIVE FALSE INFORMATION. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A MORE HONEST UPFRONT COMPANY, READ THESE REVEIWS ON HERE AND MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH WITH THIS COMPANY. IF THEY ARE WILLING TO DUPT YOU INTO ORDERING IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN QUESTION WHAT SORT OF COMPANY YOU ARE DEALING WITH AND HOW THEY WILL TREAT YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM OF WHICH THRE IS MANY ON HERE!
ALL THE POSITIVE REVEIWS ARE VERY SIMILAR, WILL BE RETURNING FOR MORE, REALLY? AND ALL ARRIVED IN A COUPLE OF DAYS? THEN READ THE GENIUNE REVEIWS (IN MY OPNION) ALL SEEM TO BE NEGATIVE!!

Don't waste your time or money , just go somewhere else . As you can see I'm not the only one complaining so ...

Ordered made to measure blinds for a couple of rooms and they arrived in just a few days! The quality is fantastic and they’re so simple to install.

I’ll be back for more in the near future!

I ordered a blind for my living room on Tuesday, received it on Thursday and fitted it at the weekend. Installation was much easier than I thought too! It was up in less than 10 minutes!!

Super pleased, can’t wait to order for more rooms!

Ordered four wooden blinds for our bedrooms and they arrived next day in perfect condition. Easy to put up, and I really like the style of the blinds. Not heard of the site before, but the price was great and the order process was straightforward - they seem trustworthy

Ordered blinds on the 20th April, still no sign of then despite having to pay for next day delivery. 5 days later still no blinds although thay have sent a plastic bag with 6 screws and wallplugs. They have not responded to any communication I have sent to them. Very poor service. Avoid this company and go elsewhere if you ever want to receive what you pay for.

We ordered blinds on the 16th April which were supposed to be next day dispatch. On the 24th April they still did not know what they were doing, claimed a system error. Meanwhile, we have tenants moving in with no blinds. Would not recommend, very disappointed.
