Wood Fuel Co-operative レビュー

Very clear website and ordering experience. I bought a full pallet of heat logs at a great price, but that was during a sale. Not used any yet and winter will reveal how good they are but if prices stay low I'll be back.
Delivery was efficient and friendly too.

Excellent service as always reasonably priced .Delivery was good as the driver put the pallet right by the shed so we didn’t have to carry them far .

Good communication, prompt delivery, driver very helpful. Good experience all round.

Great price, good communication and the delivery driver was fantastic.

Very easy to use friendly service

Great prices and selection available. Repeat customer who has ordered from Woodfuel for many years and have been happy every time. Have yapped to them on the phone many times over the years about things and they can always provide answers.

Excellent service, reasonable prices, and fast delivery 10/10

Easy to order. Confirmation was sent straight away with instructions for delivery and kept informed throughout the order/delivery process. Fantastic heat logs and excellent value for money, thank you!

I was a returning customer so all my details and delivery arrangements were to hand.

I've ordered from this company for several years now and would thoroughly recommend them . I made an error when I was placing my recent order online which would have cost me quite a lot more money. Steve e mailed me to check whether I actually wanted what I'd ordered and I absolutely didn't! All my own error. Thank goodness Steve picked this up and corrected it for me. Fantastic customer knowledge and service!

Was a great help when choosing my information on what was the best to burn in my log buner and. Delivered on time and in good condition

Ordering the fuel was straightforward.
The delivery company was very obliging as l had to delay the delivery by one day due to a hospital appointment.
The actual delivery went very smoothly as the driver was extremely helpful.
Excellent job done on wrapping the bricketts, which proved extremely useful as l got caught in a heavy rain shower half way through the unloading.
The hardwood bricketts produce a large amount of heat much quicker and easier than hard wood logs. I am still experimenting with a new stove but l am very impressed so far.
Overall excellent service highly recommended thank you.

Very efficient website, great communication about the order. Full ability to track delivery. Delivery perfect.

My half pallet was delivered to the top of my drive. Briquettes were well-wrapped, so easy to carry.

Wood pellets delivered promptly and correctly.

Really helpful staff. Helped me arrange delivery on a day I was in which was essential. Product is great which is why order a years worth in one go!
Delivery was on time and very helpful friendly driver. Good all round

Fast and efficient service. The staff always willing to answer questions. I am in the highlands of Scotland their prices are always fair. Highly recommend

Pallet delivery company did not contact me before delivery as promised. It was just lucky that I was in.

The Beech Logs are brilliant, very hot and last a reasonable time, so we took the opportunity to stock up for winter when they became available.
Excellent service as usual.
