Wood Fuel Co-operative レビュー

Delivery notified to us in advance and pallet dropped off by very helpful driver. Wood blocks carefully packed and what we ordered. Thank you very much for such good products, prices and service

No issues. Quality of purchase is excellent

Fantastic quality, delivered on time by extremely helpful and pleasant driver, and all at a really great price.
Perfect customer service.

Haven't tried the new briquettes which were delivered today. The pallet was not intact and many of the bundles were damaged and a fair few briquettes are missing/damaged. Obviously this pallet has had some journey, the delivery process can be best described as shambolic. Will I order from this company again, probably not...

Driver phoned first and arrived on time. Unlike some previous deliveries, driver manoeuvred the pallet into a prepared space whereas previous deliveries were left at the roadside and we had to manhandle them into storage.
Very efficient delivery.

Superb service, great prices and knowledgeable friendly team.
Securely wrapped, well labelled and stable.
Delivered on time as agreed by phone personally - rare these days! Kept fully updated by delivery partner (starlings) with full marks to driver for finding me - my postcode can be misleading!

Great customer service.

Great customer service and timely delivery

Good comunication and quick delivery which was very well packed and protected from the elements.
Will buy from again.

Arrived well packaged. The tracking didn't seem to work, they just arrived. Previous loads had a call to arrange a time. Saying that they were bigger loads and guess that's a courier issue. Will be back. Thanks again

I pre ordered a pallet of Briquettes I August and asked if they could be delivered on Wednesday 2nd of September. Wood Fuel Coop in Dumfries were so helpful and assured me they would do everything to comply with my request. the pallet of Briquettes arrived early afternoon Wednesday 2nd of September.
I was kept informed of the progress of my order up to the moment it arrived at my door. I have ordered Briquettes from Wood Fuel Coop Dumfries over a number of years and they have never let me down. Thank you for a great service.

Website is easy to use, has helpful descriptions and explanations of burning characteristics and offers a good variety. Delivery to far north of Scotland was possible in less than ten days.

Prompt service with convenient delivery date. Delivery company brought pallet to where I needed to store the goods.

Quality product, well packed, and this year the delivery driver was excellent.

Happy with the product, price and initial communication from the vendor, but the pallet transfer company provided no updates on the delivery and it was fortunate that I was in when they turned up with the delivery. The two fellas who delivered the pallet were however very helpful and the powered pallet lifter made light of what can often be a tricky delivery

This is my 1st time trying briquette, so bought a selection of fuel from the shop to try, then ordered 1 pallet of Woodlets and 1 of H/W Briquettes a month later. At the shop you get good advice and a good location (for us country folk). The big order was great value (summer sale), delivered into my store. Saves a lot of lift and shift. I also got a couple of 20kg HotMax - Sealed plastic bag. Lovely pine smell add a few to the bottom of your log basket.

Excellent, human customer service, so different from the automated nonsense of other suppliers. They put a human face on a digital supply chain for a natural product.
