appallingly bad customer service, do not answer the phone and don’t answer emails either

I've tried calling and rings for ages until get to speak,to someone about new policy and black box things and finally got through to be told wait another 24 hours and if no email call again???

Really quick and responsive on what they say

Great company to insure with , it was over £1000 cheaper than companies, when i had just passed at 17, on comparison sites. The app is really easy to understand and to use and very accurate 👌🏼. It is also great not having a curfew or being marked down for driving at peak times as i travel to work in rush hour everyday and drive late at night on weekends. The only bad thing i have to say is when doing quotes for my second car I cannot get insured on alot of cars I would like , which is a downer because i would like to reinsure with woop by all means.

By far the cheapest insurance for young drivers, low deposits.

Brought online, Great price for a young driver, very easy & quick process. Haven’t had to speak to anyone yet so early days but up to now cannot fault.

Good customer service and fair prices. However, sometimes they do not pick up the phone a couple of times I tried to call them and it is a little frustrating. But overall, the insurance company is pretty good.
