Terrible !
Been with them about 9 months now paid my money up front about £1500 . Had 10,000 miles of mileage and have went over them due to my job. Been trying to get ahold of them via phone calls and emails. No one has got back to me and the phone calls have been ridiculous- been stuck on hold for hours plus. And still no one has got back to me. Also had no contact on of how well I have been driving no emails , phone calls , texts which is worrying also.
Got a letter in a few months ago to tell me that they have gone bust. Heard nothing about that and I donât even know if I have insurance which is worrying as I may not have my 1 year no claims.
I would not suggest going with this company
