Excellent service
Earlier last year 2024 the company erected a fence for my mother. In November she decided to extend it further down her drive. Having had a wonderful experience the first time with this company, I contacted them again. They haven't disappointed. They were totally reliable , keeping to dates and times . The quote for the job was very fair and consisted of good quality materials. The men that undertook the job were very polite, hardworking and tidy in their work. I was impressed at the way my elderly mother was respected and that of her elderly neighbour. I would encourage anyone to look no further than this company. They tick all the boxes of what a first class business should achieve.

Ohhh, this is amazing, such a great read. This is another brilliant review from a returning customer, thank you very much. There are too many points to feedback on, I will pick a couple.
1)Respectful to the customer and neighbour- All the staff have been with us a good while, we only use direct staff with no subcontractors. Working like this ensures the lads are happy at work, this shows when dealing with the customers day to day.
2)Reliable, keeping to dates and times- we run a tight ship with the diary, with both quotes and operations. We give you a date and a time, we will stick to it. On the odd occasion we fall a little behind or get in front we will communicate with the customer.

Fence repair
We contacted Worcestershire Fencing as our fence panel needed repairing after falling down in the storm. We previously had them out for another part of the fence earlier on in the year and they were great. Quick response and came out the following day to fix the fence panel for us. Long fence with custom built gate
We needed a long length of fence and a custom built gate . We were quoted and given a date for fitting very quickly but we rearranged did to holiday .
The 2 days they were here they removed and disposed of all the old fencing , replacing as they went along so at no time was our garden not secured .
The weather was absolutely appalling rain and snow !! But they still came and completed the work . They totally deserved the coffee and bacon butties.
The guys were very professional and communicated with us what the plans were , very respectful and polite .
All mess was cleared away
They returned to build the gate which looks amazing as it was custom built for a space with restrictions.
Great company and would definitely recommend to anyone

Composite Gates
We needed gates to replace old wooden ones but ours was not a straight forward remove and replace. We wanted composite gates with a filler above to block a gap above the gates (and the space wasn't a simple one to fill!) From the initial survey to the final installation we were kept up to date with quotes, timescales and visits for exact measurements. The result is a set of gates that were exactly what we hoped for but we're not sure we could get. Thank you to the whole team for your help, service and a quality product. Fantastic job and very well done
Both Jez and Chris are a credit to the Company. Their work was superb, every step was explained and they took time to speak to and reassure my neighbour about how the fence would look and that there would be no damage or mess in his driveway, which looks tidier now than it did before. Their cleanliness and how they left the property every day was excellent and I canât thank them enough for the job they completed for us. Their good humour and attitude to work and customer service cannot be faulted and I thank them again for a fantastic job done.
