WordKeeper レビュー

Wordkeeper works behind the scenes and keeps our website safe and running smoothly. I rarely hear from them. They quietly do their job very, very well. I have tremendous confidence in their abilities.

Always fast experience with support and always resolve the issue! Thanks!

The reaction times from the host is superb. They respond same working day when we had some issues, went beyond the scope of work and always gave detailed information and recommendations when we had issues beyond their responsibility. Their delivery and support is fantastic.

For more than a decade, WordKeeper has been hosting my website. While I can't fully convey the WordKeeper benefits of security, page speed loading and other factors, I can share that each time I reach out, their response is always quick and comprehensive in nature, helping me to get a general idea of what's going on or simply updating me on situation and resolving it quickly. I also believe as I have heard from others, their pricing for hosting is competitive. For me, it's really competitive because I receive service and attention as quick as I could possibly want it. Also, in today's environment that means more than ever, as service and integrity seems to be lacking so many places.

Always quick to respond and take care of anything.

I can't even explain how crucial this company has been to our success. Without their help, we never would have been able to transition to our online platforms.

They are our heroes!

My company has used WordKeeper for years, but I am new to the company and service. Everyone at Wordkeeper has been so helpful, friendly, and understanding and quick when it comes to getting me up to speed with how things work and assisting with the requests I have made.

Always answers my questions and solves my problems. Best hosting service I've ever had.

These guys are great. I email them with an issue and it takes minutes for them to respond. Highly recommended.

We have used the services of WordKeeper and Unhack.net for years and have always been so impressed with their consistent delivery of professional services. The team is personable, professional, concise, experienced and effective in all that they provide. Hands down our goto for when our sites need more security or to be unhacked.

Super fast! Solved my problem!

Wow, amazing support! Super responsive and they go above and beyond what's expected. My site is super-fast now. And also very secure thanks to their strong firewall (which did cause some issues initially, but I got them worked out and think it's worth the extra security).

I've been with WordKeeper for over 15 years through my agency, The Gray Agency, and I can honestly say they’ve never let me down. Their reliability is unmatched, and their domain security is top notch — I never have to worry about downtime or vulnerabilities.

What really makes them stand out is their blazing-fast support. No offshore ticket systems, no waiting around for days — just real, responsive help from real people who know what they’re doing.

Huge shoutout to Bad, Edward and Lance — these guys are absolute rock stars. There’s nothing they can’t do, and they’ve saved the day more times than I can count! (Sorry GoDaddy) LOL

If Trustpilot allowed more than five stars, WordKeeper would get them. This team is the gold standard in web hosting. I highly recommend!

WordKeeper has always gone above and beyond, and they're security minded like no other I've seen in the business. These guys will reliably keep your WordPress site optimized and humming along. Definitely recommend!

Hands down the best company… Lance has helped us with a bunch of sticky situations… it took me 20+ years to find somebody that can actually get it done 100% this company…

Brad was very helpful and kind. He got me the necessary information promptly and there was no hold time to get assistance. THANK YOU BRAD

Wordkeeper goes out of their way to ensure we have a fast site!

I have a website, Speeddemon2.com , that wasn’t loading properly when I shared the link in my BlueSky profile. I contacted Wordkeeper support and they had it resolved in less than an hour. They turned on the SSL and that took care of it. Now the site is accessible
