WordKeeper レビュー

I have used the services of a number of hosting companies over two decades, and have found that regardless of how highly ranked these companies are in search results, they still fall short. I finally found a gem. Wordkeepers. They are honest, very knowledgeable especially with Wordpress, easy to contact and offer solutions to your problems in a very timely manner. They are truly a diamond in the rough. I highly recommend these guys and will consider no others.

Always amazing service!

I've said it before but I'll say it again... best customer service of ANY company in ANY industry.

It's been a pleasure working with WordKeeper. As a seasoned WordPress developer myself, I could instantly tell in my first conversation with Lance that he knew his stuff. Not just on the hosting side, but on the development side as well. I highly recommend these guys as they're not just some faceless company selling hosting. Brad, Lance, Adam, and the whole team are quick to respond and go above and beyond to get things done.

Brad, Lance and the rest of the team consistently blow the competition out of the water.

100% professional and efficient no better people to work with for a website

They are amazing. They answer all my emails within minutes. Truly impressive service.

Quick and Responsive team members. Very knowledgeable on all they provide. Thanks Lance & Brad.

We still can't believe how well our site functions and how fast it now runs after switching our hosting over to Wordkeeper almost 3 years ago. If our site's speed could be bested, it's only by Wordkeeper's incredible support that never ceases to amaze. Their vast and in-depth knowledge from WordPress itself through portals and the world of plugins resolves any issue that arises in mere minutes. Today, we reached out to them about Posts suddenly displaying whacky. No more than 2 minutes later, they responded back with the remedy. That's FAST!!!! There is nobody better for WordPress hosting and support!

Anyone who has owned a small business knows that it's almost impossible to find companies who are true subject matter experts in their field AND serve smaller businesses. Well, Wordkeeper is one of the few that fits this criteria. Lance and the team have made our website not just one of the fastest in our industry, but on the web period! Can't recommend these guys enough.

Wordkeeper always makes our emergency their urgency. Thanks to them it's not so scary when we dig into the system more then we know how.

The team at Wordkeeper are fast, responsive, and very helpful.

Lance and Team are without a doubt the best hosting option available! We have never had an issue with the operation of our site - and they are great at working with the development and content team whenever collaboration is needed. They also have an AMAZING response time -- virtually live response time. Just a class act that always goes above and beyond with service - Thanks so much!

I've had WordKeeper as my host for many years now and could not be more pleased. The support is absolutely phenomenal. I even got help on Christmas Eve for a website issue! Many times they have gone above and beyond to keep my website - and my business - working as it should. A great team with reliable service.

Great response, and extremely prompt at all levels and from all WordKeeper team members.

Wish all of our providers were at this level.

Super fast response! Edward's my hero!

Great hosting provider! Their platform speed, responsiveness and customer service having made this crew a great partner for us!

I remain overwhelmed and grateful for the speed and professionalism with which Wordkeeper support responds to my concerns or questions. I've been dealing with - or part of - IT support for more than 50 years of my life, in tiny or large enterprises. To borrow a phrase, Wordkeeper support is "simply the best."

I have been a client of Wordkeeper for about 10 years and I couldn’t say one bad complaint about them, Lance and the staff have been very helpful and accommodating,

Brad and his team help us get to the root of the problem, fix it and keep our website running smoothly time and time again. We can’t imagine running our site without their support. They’re indispensable.
