At the time of writing, the one downside is that there is little control you directly have over the host. However, the WordKeeper staff are able to take care of your needs and in a timely manner.

I asked WordKeeper a tough question regarding Wordpress Themebuilders.

They responded extremely promptly, and gave a good, concise pros/cons of other options.

More important, they knew the background in the Wordpress industry (things you don't find by googling online), and gave a good summary of that as well.

Upfront and honest about no one single bullet to the issue (not on their end, but more regarding Wordpress themebuilders). I always thought it was something on my end that was the source of other wordpress themebuilders, but nice to have WordKeeper validate things.
