As with all things technology, the decision regarding which software to purchase is challenging, but worthwhile. We made the right choice with Workiz. The second challenge, of course is implementation. Moving from paper and tickets to technology has been a bit more time consuming. Which has less to do with Workiz, and more to do with transitioning a paper and ticket workforce to a technology friendly workforce. In all honesty, Workiz is easy to use and intuitive. If not for that, the transition would have been intolerable. The Tire Tech component of our business is growing very quickly, and Workiz is instrumental in our ability to navigate that growth.
