Hi, I purchased some Prima Zenon Matte worktops on the 4/9/22. I must say that they are fantastic, I have used them for over 2 years now and there is not a mark on them, I cannot praise them highly enough. I've had much more expensive worktops in the past and they have marked very easily.

Well I have just ordered some sample so hopefully they will be what I need for my new kitchen.

The site is very easy to follow and the visualiser makes it easy to see what doors and worktops work best. Lots of choice and 4 free samples.

Fantastic worktop. Very high quality and affordable! The kit they supply with the worktop has everything you need for fitting and even includes cleaning cloths, gloves and cleaner.

Easy to order samples

My experience with the company itself was good. The customer service was brilliant and the woman I spoke to several times couldn’t have been nicer.. the reason I’ve given 3 stars was originally the fact that when I ordered my worktop, it said on the website it would be delivered that week.. I then got a text saying it wouldn’t be that week but the following Monday because I lived in Scotland and they only deliver there once a week.. why they didn’t inform of that before I purchased it I don’t know but I was in a rush to get things done as was moving into my first home. I accepted the fact it would be delivered a bit later than expected but then when it did arrive (on the day we were moving so it was stresssful enough) it was damaged so had to be rejected.. I then had to arrange for family to be here for it arriving yesterday as myself and the other half were back at work, so had to arrange for my mum and brother to be here as it tells you that you need 2 abled bodied people to help you in with the worktops which doesn’t sit right with me. Why am I paying delivery fees and then expected to help the guys in with the stuff? Why not have two abled bodied drivers instead of me having to ask my 63 year old mum to help with a 4m long worktop? Anyway I got a call from the delivery man when he arrived, almost instantly being very rude, moaning about where to park when the previous delivery guy had no issues parking right at the front door.. then started moaning about there being a ramp (there was no ramp whatsoever).. moaning about doing his job and hung the phone up on me because he was annoyed at having to walk 30 yards with the worktop to my door.. he then didn’t even hang about so my mum could check the worktop to ensure there was no damage to this one and thankfully there was not on this occasion.. I’m overall happy with the company itself, I mean I think they should have least offered a small discount for the massive inconvenience caused and not just instantly blame the transport company they use but I cannot fault the customer service. Pleased with my worktop but probably wouldn’t order again due to that extremely rude driver.

Bought 2 worktops from worktop hub or AKA “wow interiors”delivered with the ends unprotected but due to their size and weight I couldn’t check them until they were cut and brought in. To my horror they were badly damaged and scratched. The company point blank refused to do anything about it, They produced a copy of a delivery note showing I had signed to say they were delivered in good condition, I did not sign that, someone in there company did. I took up a complaint through visa who took two months and got absolutely nowhere so, I ended up £580 out of pocket as I had to by more elsewhere.

Excellent and very easy to use service. 10/10 would recommend
