Worldwide Cyclery レビュー

Worldwide Cyclery is fantastic: competitive prices are often better than the competition; extensive selection; and some of the best service I've ever gotten. Over the past year, I have ordered small parts like quick links, larger parts like rims, and parts with variants like hubs. (Once they even discovered an inconsistency between parts in an order and actually fixed it. Not that they can read minds. But this guy figured it out!) I will almost certainly order again and would highly recommend them.

Very engaged employees that really care about their customers. Great prices, super fast shipping, and stellar customer service. They are my go to for all my mountain biking needs! Keep up the great work! Oh, their podcast kicks serious A too!

They state on their website that they will match or beat competitors pricing. I have shared 2 separate stores offering a bicycle at a significantly lower price and Worldwide Cyclery refused to offer a price match. Have contacted the company over 10-times in an effort to buy a Salsa Blackthorn bike. Now, they are ghosting me for days and not responding even after providing an additional online site selling for less.

Hello,
I placed my order on September 9th, 2025 (Order #708197). Today is September 25th, and the goods still have not arrived. According to USPS, the item was never sent. I have written multiple emails, sent several messages through Messenger and Instagram, and called +1 805-375-4525 several times—unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever.
At this moment, I am starting to feel that I have lost my money.🥲🥲🥲

They sell items that they don't actually have and are not clear about it. Slow shipping times.

Very knowledgeable answers to my questions. Just bought a kettle long sleeve shirt from them. Got it quickly. The shirt quality as and fit outperforms my expectations.

I paid extra for expedited shipping, and they refunded it when my order was delayed. Probably wasn't their fault but they took care of me.

The website is exceptionally nuanced, and shopping for what I need has never been more clear cut and easy. It is quite clear the WWC team is very dedicated to both their online shop performance as well as their in store location I have visited many times.

After being rear-ended in a car accident, my bike was unfortunately totaled. I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start, but then I reached out to James at World Wide Cyclery (Nevada team), and everything changed for the better.

From the moment I contacted him, James was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. Not only did he take the time to listen to my concerns, but he also made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. He walked me through different bike options, answering all of my questions with great knowledge and care.

James truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect replacement bike. His customer service was top-notch — he was informative, patient, and always available to assist me with any issue I had. Thanks to his help, I’m back on the trail with a new Yeti, and I couldn’t be happier!

If you’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about your experience, I highly recommend reaching out to James at World Wide Cyclery. You won’t be disappointed!

Most recently, reached out to WC to get some advice on cranks for my Bosch powered MTB. Zach provided a quick and straightforward response with no pressure to buy.
I have transacted with WC many times. I have always found them to be quick, responsive, and to do what they say they will. They also bring a smile to my face with the tongue-in-cheek emails they write :-)

I am a first time customer with Worldwide Cyclery and purchased two bearing extractors (November 2024). A while back, I discovered some of their maintenance related videos and was quite impressed. One extractor worked flawlessly. Unfortunately, the other (different size) extractor had issues; which was upsetting. I called Worldwide Cyclery to explain the situation. A really nice/understanding guy answered the phone and quickly resolved the situation. I was amazed at the efficient and excellent customer service! I have a total of 6 bikes in my house and always need parts or supplies – Worldwide Cyclery is now at the top tier of my vendor list. Thanks!

These guys are the best in the biz. Know a ton about parts and compatibility and are always happy to answer any questions. Tons of passion over there. Nothing but great experiences with many, many purchases with them.

Awesome group! Many purchases from WW and Ketl and always have great customer service.

I even call them with questions about parts I didn’t buy from them and actual mammals (of the MTB species) answer the phone.

I have used worldwide for bike part purchases several times and have had great experiences. As a bonus, they have an entertaining and informative podcast!

Love this company and I go out of my way to buy stuff here when I can. Just a bunch of real enthusiasts who love bikes and treat their customers well. Don't hesitate to shop here.

Love the guys here, always super helpful and usually have whatever I need for my bike and I know it’s going to good people

I’ve made a handful of purchases from WWC, as well as their clothing brand Ketl, and have had very positive experiences. Great selection, quality, and customer service. I plan to continue using WWC for a lot of my MTB needs.

Great service, quick despatch. Ketl Bib shorts are one of the best out there

I have bought from this site and their clothing brand, Ketl Mountain. Great customer service and the clothing is top of the line with an amazing guarantee.
