Being contacted from Worthington on unclaimed funds was a shock.
Once established what this related to, the timing and processing of unclaimed funds, the process was dealt with no issues and prompt finalisation was completed within a short space of time

Glyn - we take our fee progressively, so in the rare case where we may succeed in half a claim then the client pays only half of the fee. Sorry if this wasn't clear to you. Most claims involve at least two payments and we think it would be inappropriate to levy all our fee on the first transaction.
