I placed an order on Tuesday 24 May at 2.30hrs. My order was delivered Wednesday 25 May 2022. Wow you guys rock by ensuring that my order came in early and asides from that, the packaging was phenomenal with an ice bag to keep the red bream fish fresh and iced in a stereo form box against summer weather. Did expect this.. am definately going to give you referrals. Good job

Wow a wonderful experience with wosiwosi it's Home away from home. There customer's service is top notch, fresh Frozen foods. Thank you for what you do.

All frozen food arrived completely defrozed, with smelly liquid the box , some part of my order was substituted, without questions asked. That's very irritating. Never shopping there again.

Stockfish fillets never arrived. Dried prawns were past their sell by date. Seafood okra soup had gone off.
Customer service never replied to my emails. Definitely won't buy from them again.

Part of my item delivered was wrong.Called them twice and they promised a refund. I was also willing to return wrong items.The guy handling the customer service is quite rude.Wosi Wosi used to be good recommendable African store but sadly has taken a nosedive and downhill recently.

Customer service, packaging and delivery has been great. Although there are times I have experienced mix up or missing items. They always apologise, quick to make amendments or offer a refund.

Some of my items were missing. Called them so many times they said they'd refund me the money since then i haven't received any refund. Seem like most African online shops lack the knowledge of refunding a customer.

Items are worth the money. The delivery company delayed but it's all worth it

It was nice ,all the meat and chicken stayed fresh till evening but two items are missing,my okazi× 3 and fresh ewedu×2

Very dirty!!! Disorganised. No proper packaging and the meat are stale. I think the management need proper rehaul. They have huge space and varieties but sadly poor management. I won't be going back there.

Living in Buckinghamshire we don’t have a variety of options of African food stores so we decided to give Wosi Wosi a try and it was one of the best decisions we made.

The food came so very well packed and so fresh! I honestly think the spinach we received is be best freshest spinach i’ve ever seen!

Wosi Wosi is officially our African food store for monthly shops, my husband and I are so impressed!
