Amelia is working perfect for my clients, and the customer service is very helpful and fast, I really recommend it.

Love the plugin! We switched from Calendly and Book like a boss, and it does almost everything we need (only missing a link for people to reschedule their appointments without logging into a customer portal). Keep it up!

The only reason this is not a 5-star plugin at the moment is because the booking calendar is not keyboard accessible. Users who cannot use a mouse can't book anything at the current version 6.2. So the tool is not ay11 compliant. Once the team adds accessibility controls, I would rate this as a 5 star tool.

Ich nutze WP Amelia seit Anfang des Jahres und ersetzte damit die Cloud-Buchungslösung eines internationalen Anbieters. Der Vorteil einer eigenen Lösung, neben offenkundiger Flexibilität in Sachen Design und Parametrisierung ist der, dass Buchungen exakt und zuverlässig nachverfolgt und mit zB Google Ads Aktivitäten verbunden werden können. Das ist bei vielen Cloud-Lösungen, die über Script oder iFrame eingebunden werden, nicht so.

Warum Amelia? Weil es eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten bietet bei gleichzeitiger Einfachheit in der Anwendung. Die Migration von der Cloudlösung zu Amelia benötigte lediglich 1 Mannwoche, von der der überwiegende Teil auf die Umsetzung eigener Designvorstellungen verwendet wurde. Die Parametrisierung von Amelia sowie die Übernahme von Altdaten ging hingegen relativ schnell. Allerdings liegt hier eine der Schwachstellen, die Übernahme einer großen Sammlung bestehender Daten könnte sicherlich komfortabler gestaltet werden.

Das Frontend von Amelia, sprich die Buchungsmaske auf der Website, besticht durch einen gut durchdachten Flow. Es lassen sich sehr ansprechende Designs umsetzen, insbesondere mit der Katalog-Ansicht und den Step-by-Step-Buchungsmasken. Mit ein wenig eigener CSS-Kenntnisse wird man sehr gelungene Anwendungen hinbekommen.

Da Amelia nicht branchenspezifisch ist, muss man für die optimale Anwendung für eigene Zwecke ein wenig Kreativität und die Bereitschaft zu dem einen oder anderen Workaround mitbringen. Der Support ist aber sehr hilfreich bei der Bewältigung auch speziellerer Anforderungen.

Ich nutze Amelia zusammen mit WPML auf einer zweisprachigen Site. Das klappt wunderbar. Man muss nur aufpassen, welchen Ländercode man in WPML spezfiziert, denn Amelia unterscheidt zwischen "eng_US" und "eng_GB". Wer also in WPML den Ländercode US einstellt und Amelia mit ENG_GB konfiguriert, der wird sich wundern. Also exakt arbeiten!

Seit Januar haben wir ca. 5000 Buchungen mit Amelia abgewickelt, ohne Probleme. Neue Plugin-Updates laufen nicht immer 100% reibungslos, aber der Support schafft dann meist Abhilfe binnen weniger Stunden.

Auf Basis meiner bisherigen Erfahrungen kann ich WP Amelia jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen kostengünstigen Mittelweg zwischen Flexibilität und Komplexität sucht.

I need a plugin to integrate booking in the website for a small busness that sells boat tours for tourist and Amelia fit very well the needs.
Easy to setup with extensive user guide and video tutorials thats help you in the process. Users support based on tickets system are good too.

I've used this plugin for my bookings for almost two years. It has come a very long way. They've made great improvements and I'm quite happy with the simplicity and features.

This is one of the best booking plugin I know on wordpress. The support team is also very quick to help when you encounter any problems.

No more e-mail back and forth with my customers thanks to Amelia.
The support is efficient, though I would sometimes like it a bit faster ;-)

Je ne regrette pas l'achat de ce plugin, je l'utilise pour faire des réservations en ligne avec Stripe sans avoir à utiliser WooCommerce (même si c'est compatible avec le plugin, je trouve ça plus rapide sans). On peut faire des acomptes ce qui était un point important pour moi. On peut traduire tous les termes du plugin donc c'est un bon point aussi.
Le design des formulaires de réservations est plus sympa que celui des autres plugins que j'avais testé.
Le support est hyper rapide pour répondre et aider quand il y a un problème.

Pour l'instant les seuls défauts que je trouve au plugin c'est le format HTML pour les emails qui adapte et réécrit votre code pour que ça lui corresponde mieux; il faut donc avoir un code assez basique avec des paragraphes et des images. Et pas de CSS inline possible.
Il n'y a pas encore d'option pour ajouter la TVA avec Stripe directement MAIS l'équipe travaille déjà sur une solution et si vraiment vous en avez besoin, il faudra passer par WooCommerce car il gère les taxes.

Even a very powerful tool like Wp Amelia can't answer 100% to all cases (it's the case for all these kind of plugins), but we feel a great motivation to make the product evolve to successfully deal with the most recurrent cases.
