Support is great.

I've been using Amelia for a couple of months now on a client's website. It's easy to install and set up. There are so many options it can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but the support team have been extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction.

There have been regular updates and new features added. The backend management is simple and easy to use.

One thing I would like to see added the ability to book two 'employees' for a single appointment if it's a job that requires two people to complete. They do have a customer suggestions system so I'm hopeful that this will be implemented soon.

An amazing plugin, really easy to use and install on wordpress website. People are so nice too and always gave me answer so quickly.

I am so much happy to work with Amelia.

Best plugin fro booking service on the market.

Amelia is one of my favourite plugins because:

1. Easy to install and use.
2. Reliable and professional quality.
3. Full of great features - better than any others I have used.
4. Great layout, versatile and works seamless with clients
5. It is always updated and improved.
6. Support help and communication is fast, friendly and excellent.
7. Not just a flash in the pan. It has been a around for a long time.

I've been using Amelia for my clients for years now and have yet to come across a booking system that can handle appointments as powerfully.

Example, if you want to offer 6 classes but the person can join at any time, Amelia can handle this. Most can't. The will handle a term where everyone starts together but the class isn't full, is that how you want it to stay until the next term? This was the first scenario I was testing for and how I found Amelia.

Since then they have the options of packages which I have used to open monthly memberships etc and I have used it to manage rooms for business independent of the employee. The support team are always great if I run a request by them to help me gauge the work involved to quote which can be so easily underestimated when doing a new setup.
It has been able to handle any scenario I've been asked to implement and it is why I use it.

Their support is excellent unlike so many WordPress plugins. I happily invested in the lifetime licence to ensure my clients receive the updates and reduce maintenance costs. It's brilliant value for what you get. Easy to use for clients once it is setup. I'm a web dev and UX consultant, I insist on quality so I have no problem recommending Amelia. Thanks.

An easy to setup plugin with a great customer service. I had some conflicting issues between my website and the plugin. I submitted a ticket and got a quick answer from their service, everything got taken care of in a matter of a few hours.

We bought Amelia Booking Plugin for WordPress, which works and looks great. After having some issues with properly setting up everything their support team took no time to assist us in resolving everything.

These guys are awesome, and a great example to all IT development companies.

What makes a good reservation tool?
Highly functional? Good UI? low cost?
When considering how to actually use a reservation tool at a store, there is something even more important. That's troubleshooting.
If the reservation system stops working, it will be a huge loss and damage customer trust.
This is a huge risk for companies that cannot be resolved with money or time.
When you think about it, Amelia's support system is truly amazing.
The problem this time was a serious one where accounting data was not displayed due to a version update, but the update was provided in just a few hours after it was escalated to rank 2.
Of course, when we update a version, we first check its operation in a staging environment before updating it to the production environment, so there was no real harm this time either.
Communication with the developer was also very responsive and stress-free. I plan to continue using the service as long as this sense of speed is maintained.

No matter how good the features are at a low price, you should not use software from a company that does not have a support system in place in case of trouble.
This is my experience from 20 years of consulting.
Amelia's support is commendable.

We have been using Amelia for many years now and recently, we ran into an issue with the solution not sending emails anymore... In no time, the support was responsive, escalated the issue to level 2 and solved it in less than a week. It took a week as we had to set up a staging site to avoid touching the live site. We were very happy with the support, and overall with Amelia which works perfectly with bilingual websites. We highly recommend it for your next booking system on WordPress.

The price, functionality and ease of use.

Amelia plugin really helped me out with my yoga homepage - now I have a professional booking system that fits my need very well.
Another big plus is the feeling of safety, knowing that the support team is just a message away. Every problem I've had, they found a solution to.
Would recommend to other small scale websites.
