Bestellt am 02.01.25. Sofortige Bestätigung. Danach nichts mehr. Auch nach drei Mails ab Service und Support. Kreditkarte belastet. Absolut inakzeptabel

So I got in on the kickstarter and paid back in Sept. Got my light finally today. I get things happen woth new products but over 2 months late and after all the adjustments to manufacturing made it's just a ok light. I honestly like my 2 old x2's alot more. The switches aren't bad but the wheel could stand to be easier to spin. Wpild be impossible with gloves. These are minor things to be honest to me. The main issue i have is the UV light. It's pathetic and barely usable for anything. I would have got the rub lights if I knew how useless this UV is. Should have kist had the white side light and never added the UV in it was going to be useless. My 2 olight seeker 4 mini and arkfield pro with UV are a night and day difference. This one you can barely tell is on and does very little. Nothing like the web photos. If you get a x2 pro know it's not a bad l8ght bit for the price I expect3d qlot better UV light and little better switches. They should have used a similar set up to the sofirn if24 and if23 pro. Rotary and buttons on those are much easier even with gloves. I would add a photo but not sure how

14 Tage nach der Bestellung immer noch keine Ware erhalten. Huben hat auf 4 E-mail nicht reagiert oder geantwortet. Obwohl ich die Bestellbestätigung als Anhang beigefügt habe. Ich hatte 2× Hubenx2Pro +1 Fahrradhalterung bestellt und bezahlt. Das ist nicht
seriös....
Werde mich morgen mit PayPal in Verbindung setzen um das Geld zurück zu fordern.
Kann Huben Nicht weiter empfehlen!!

This was without a doubt, my worst experience ever with an online seller. The items I ordered were listed as being in stock at time of order. I heard nothing from the seller for a week. When I reached out, they said that they “apologize“ but the items were out of stock but would be in stock and sent the next week. A week went by, still no shipment sent. Seller that offered to send them “through Amazon“. Then it was only part of the order. Some of the order had to come from China. The whole process took over a month. When I requested a return, I was told I would have to return it all to China, which would cost as much as the original order. Unbelievable. Never again.

I bought 2, both are not charging. I always plugged them in to charge even half way life but not charging at all. Do'nt be a victim. They want you to buy again to keep your flashlight working. No good!

I never subscribed to their marketing emails, and I have no knowledge of this website. Yet, I’m still receiving their spam—completely unacceptable.

Ava was really responsive and helpful. there were several times where I could not communicate for long periods of time, despite the lags in communication. Ava sent a replacement x3. it was shipped out very quickly.

I bought an E7 flashlight, that didn't work. I contacted WUBEN and got an instant reply from Ava. After sending a video of the non working light i got a complete replacement. The delivery took 15 days, what is absolutely normal. Just checked the new flashlight and what a surprise: worked fine! :-) Now i am a happy owner of a fantastic E7 flashlight. A big hug and thx for that perfect service to Ava and the WUBEN team. I recommend everyone to test the amazing products from WUBEN. There is no risk because of an absolute fair service!

I recently had a defective E1 and Ava came through! She got back to me ASAP and had Wuben send me a replacement! Prompt, professional customer service! If you haven’t tried Wuben products, you should!

Ich habe bei wubenlight.de eine Taschenlampe gekauft. Da mir die Farbe der Taschenlampe nicht gefallen hat, wollte ich diese unbenutzt retour senden. Ein Rücksendeformular oder ein automatisiert zu erstellendes Rücksendeetikett gibt es nicht. Nachdem ich den Support kontaktiert hatte, wurde ich gefragt warum ich die Taschenlampe zurücksenden möchte. Danach wurde mir abgeraten, die Taschenlampe zurückzusenden, da der Rückversand selbst zu bezahlen und teuer sei. Auf neuerliche Nachfrage wurde mir eine Rücksendeadresse in Guangdong/China (!) genannt. Ich nehme nicht an, dass diese Praktik dem Gesetz entspricht. Abgesehen davon finde ich diese Vorgehensweise absolut unverschämt. NIE WIEDER!

Good experience and the customer service is good, although their website isn't entirely accurate as to what emitter you'll be getting on your light.

Ava from Wuben, responded promptly to my email. My issue was addressed with a link to what I needed. I promptly ordered a L50 tailcap I needed. I was so pleased with the response coming in so quickly. I highly recommend wuben flashlights, particularly the L50 for lightweight, rechargeable, bright little flashlights. I am an exterminator and draw my flashlight like a doctor uses a stethoscope!!! Very pleased 5 star support. Thanks Ava and Wuben !!!

This flashlight is amazing! it's crazy how much power they packed into such a small design.
