I've had my Wuben TP10 for many years and it has not once let me down.
I recently ordered a B2 bike light and C2 and C3 flashlights.
Everything is great quality and Ava from customer service was very helpful when I wanted to change the color of my order before it was shipped.
Shipping to Germany took a few weeks but everything came as expected.

Don't let some of the disgruntled reviews on her dissuade you.
I ordered straight from the official wubenlight.de site and everything was perfect.

WUBEN G5, hasn’t lasted a month, although the coloured lights still work, the main torch no longer lights up and just torch just shows a blue light. Not impressed !

I couldn't get a discount because I didn't look carefully at the date of the 9th anniversary event.
In addition, Wuben didn't send the product for more than 10 days, so I wrote an inquiry email out of frustration, but the only thing that came back was an automatic reply.
In the end, I applied for a refund through PayPal, and only then did Wuben reply by e-mail saying that had sent the product.
It was my first purchase, so I waited for the delivery with a bad feeling. If there was a minor defect in the product, I was think going to send it back.
However, the product was surprisingly flawless. The G5 is small and can rotate the clip and light head at an angle of 180 degrees, making it convenient to hang on clothes or handling no matter how use it.
It has the flexibility to adjust the intensity of light, quickly switch to turbo mode or emergency flashing mode, and has the brightness comparable to a palm-sized lantern with a cylindrical shape, making it the best product for looking at a variety of machines and pipes in the construction site.
And the E7 can also be conveniently plugged into a bag or vest using a clip, and it's just the right size, and the brightness is blindingly bright, so i think probably don't even need to use Turbo Mode. However, the ability to emit powerful light is also attractive because it can be used if necessary.
I haven't used it for a long time yet, so I don't know how long it will last, but I'm sure it's an object that will attract users in a pretty useful and functional way. The only flaw is that the light head's heat generation is as strong as the intensity of light compared to its small size, so if handle it inadvertently, may suffer body damage from heat.

Ladies and gentlemen to all who purchased the wuben X1 falcon be very careful I’ve gotten 2 new ones right out the box from Amazon and they have charging issues the light kicked my anker power supply into safe mode and at times charging literally took seconds to start frying the inside of the flashlight housing I would not recommend this to anyone! Buyers beware please I urge you

Only hold up 24 days in my packet start losing paint and finally I got rain over me and it get wet not working any more! Just get wet not even in the water all the way! I contact the customer service send pictures since Saturday! Not respond yet! Sad part I got 2 head lights 5 flash light from wuben now I’m worried

Hiding the bad reviews from their website! Wuben (or whoever is in charge over there) intentionally has zero negative reviews present on their website. This is done to drive sales of course, but for those that do go to the bottom of the website and click on “trust pilot reviews” only then will you see the truth they are trying to keep hidden. It is shady AF and if you do see these horrid one star ratings, run! Do not buy from Wuben. I placed my first order over a month ago and still nothing. No communication, nothing! They love to take your money though. That they will do successfully.

Wuben G5 Light: A Cautionary Tale
I recently received a Wuben G5 light (G538711923) as a gift from a friend in another state. The light arrived on May 5, 2025, and right out of the box, a critical safety feature—the lockout mode—was not functional. This means the light could accidentally turn on, which is a significant concern.

I've attempted to resolve this issue through Wuben's customer service, emailing them over six times for a warranty replacement. Their response time has been consistently slow, often taking several days to reply to my messages.

Shipping Blunder and Lack of Resolution
On May 24, I was finally informed that a replacement light was being shipped. However, to my dismay, the light was sent to my friend, not to me. I immediately notified Wuben of the shipping error. Two days later, on May 26, they responded that it was "too late" to change the destination.

This was clearly Wuben's mistake, and it could have been easily rectified with a more prompt customer service response. Now, my friend will incur the additional expense and inconvenience of mailing the replacement light to me. This entire experience has left me without a working light and with a strong feeling of dissatisfaction. As a result, I will not be purchasing from Wuben again.

Expensive product which only lasted for a few months of light use, then failed. Will no longer work or take a charge.

"Customer Service" is the worst. Slow response times (a week or more, despite a promise of 48 hours by their autoresponder).

After being "handed off" to a Chinese rep, whose response times were even longer and whose English was limited, I was required to submit a video of my item "not working and not charging". Having done so, yet another week has passed with no response.

Very frustrating. I'll never buy another Wuben product.

I bought an X2 Pro in January. Despite numerous email exchanges with the Wuben Customer Service team my torch hasn't even shipped.

The torches may be good, I'll never know, but the CS team is worse than useless.

No communication. Weeks of no tracking number. Maybe better luck buying from amazon? Idk I wouldn’t. I’ll get my money back

They gave me a fake tracking number. At first it worked then it started saying on the 17 website it wasn't valid. Then usps. Took the tracking off their website and it says that they are still waiting for package but it's not on my dashboard. It's been a nightmare going back and forward. With these people. Buyer beware. I've seen online were people wait over a year and they get nothing on 200 plus orders. This company sucks. Luckily for me I just got robbed for 20 plus dollars for a G5

Ich habe am ende des Dezembers bestellt und bis heute nichts bekommen! Ich warne euch eindringlich bei Wuben zu bestellen! Nun habe ich das Problem, mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Einmal und nie wieder!

Fake! Nicht bestellen. Diese"Firma" nimmt gerne Dein Geld, schickt aber dann keine Ware. Support nicht existent. Absolute Warnung.

3 Lampen Bestellt nur 2 bekommen, Support nicht erreichbar. Finger Weg

Lampe für 189 Euro bestellt. Sofort Bestätigung erhalten. Nach 2 Wochen nachgefragt, wo sie bleibt. E-Mail kam zurück mit der Angabe, die sei „wahrscheinlich“ in 6 Wochen lieferbar. Ich habe storniert, per E-Mail hieß es, in 3 Tagen komme mein Geld zurück. Nun sind vier Wochen rum. Ich habe nochmals drei E-Mails geschickt, die alle nicht beantwortet wurden. Ich hatte aber Glück im Unglück: PayPal hat mir das Geld zurücküberwiesen. Nie mehr Wuben!!!!

Bestellung abgegeben und bezahlt!!! Nach 4 Wochen über Lieferdatum mal nachgefragt wann Bestellung kommt. Ich wurde um weitere 4 Wochen Wartezeit gebeten. Wieder abgelaufen. Wieder nachgefragt aber keinerlei Antworten mehr bekommen.... Die Lampe gibt es zwischenzeitlich überall in Deutschland zu kaufen, also schön beschissen worden durch WUBEN. Kauft dort lieber nicht !!!!

I've owned a Wuben H1 since '21, and it served me well during a 20 month long bicycle tour that I did from '21 to '23. However, a few months ago my Wuben H1 suddenly stopped working entirely, after which I contacted the customer support.

Even though the website states that I am entitled to a 5 year warranty period provided I register my product (which I did), the customer support told me: "because you placed the order on other WUBEN platforms, we cannot check your order or provide after-sales service".

As far as I can tell, this supposed requirement is nowhere stated on the website, and doesn't make any sense regardless. After I then provided them with more details and videos concerning the product issue I was facing, I didn't receive any further reply.

Needles to say, I'm very displeased with this kind of customer service.

Bought E7 headlamp with headband and extended battery. But they only give you the battery extention case, without the bigger battery itself. I had to buy ir myself and this is ~15-20€ more. So you end up paying around 30€ just for extention.
The headlamp itself is pretty solid, has good luminence, good magnet, not sure how long it will work for me, but for now its solid.

Do not buy a suprise box! It promises between 1-4 flashlights and the lowest value box is 29.99. All boxes promise discounts of up to 62%. I received 1 flashlight worth 9.90! Bit of a scam really.

Seems i paid 80$ for 2 lights and a junk lanyard and whistle. They don't explain that Surprise 3 and Surprise 4 are options not quantities. So I got Surprise 4 paid 80$ and got 2 meh flashlight of iffy quality guess that's the surprise I got.
