My order came very quickly after the order was placed. The product works incredibly well. Has a good weight witch I like. I'm a maintenance technician I use my flashlight a lot the battery lasts great I use it on a 12 hr shift without any charge. I've ordered other products I'm very happy with those as well. I'll definitely purchase other products.

Bought a Wuben L3 on Amazon June 2025 and stopped working recently. Contacted Wuben amazon rep. sent a video and receipt of my order number and got NO where. I just wanted a replacement or have it repaired. They requested I send it to china for repair I said that’s unacceptable. Then the rep said they could give me a discount on a new flashlight because they didn’t have any L3 models in stock because that model will is being replaced. This is the wrong way to address a customer’s problem with a defective product they manufactured.

Auf Truspilot habe ich geschrieben: Ich habe die Wuben x4 gekauft und schnell erhalten. Mit der Taschenlampe bin ich zufrieden. Noch nie eine so kompakte und leistungsstarke Taschenlampe gesehen.
Nicht zufrieden bin ich mit der Fahrradhalterung, die ich mit erworben habe. Eine Montageanleitung habe ich nicht gefunden. Anhand der Bilder im Internet muss ich mir die Montage zusammenreimen. Schlecht! Als ich sie montiert hatte, was ein bisschen fummelig ist (die Schränkchen sind sehr kurz), konnte ich den Schlitten nicht ganz auf die Halterung bringen. Ich bekomme ihn gar nicht bis zum Einrasten. Wieder wegbringen geschieht nur mit "Gewalt". So ist das nicht zu gebrauchen! Erst nach ca. 20 Minuten herumschleifen passt er nun halbwegs.

Dont order nothing from these guys! Ordered wuben g5 2months ago and still waiting. No answers from customer service!

Bought G5 from Amazon had the light 6 weeks and it’s no longer working, can’t return it to Amazon and Wuben website states 15 day warranty (which tells you everything!) do not buy they are junk.

I ordered a flashlight from Wuben in January and after more than two months I still have not received anything.

Customer support only sends standard template replies saying the order was shipped and asking me to “wait”, but provides no real help or solution.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend buying from a retailer with proper buyer protection instead of ordering directly from this website.

Bought one of their lights. Now I'm bombarded with promotional messages every day. I've requested them to stop but they have ignored this. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Did not receive my order. customer service unresponsive. I believe this is actually a criminal enterprise fraudulently marketing items which they have no intention of supplying. Do not buy anything from them!!

Suite à une commande concernant une lampe frontale commander sur le site wubenlight à ce jour je n'ai toujours rien reçu après 1 mois. Malgré mes nombreux mails resté sans réponse, j'ai bien l'intention de me faire rembourser et signaler ce site aux autorités concernées.
Je pensais que c'était un site sérieux, mais il s'avère que c'est une grosse arnaque.
Je voulais mettre en garde les potentiels acheteurs qui auraient la mauvaise idée de commander sur ce site. A bon entendeur

Ich habe zwei Taschenlampen bestellt.
Die Webseite sagt: "Die Produkte werden unseren Warenhäusern in Übersee ( DE, USA usw) bereitgestellt und von dort versendet." und gibt eine Lieferzeit von "3~5 Business Day" an.

Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt gab es weder eine Versandbestätigung noch die Ware. Also nahm ich per E-Mail Kontakt auf und bat um einen Status zur Bestellung.

Die Lieferzeit beträgt also nochmals 6-12 Werktage, das Tracking war unbrauchbar, aber der Verdacht drängte sich auf, dass die Ware aus China anstatt aus Deutscland verschickt wird.

Die Lieferzeit war überschritten und keine Hinweis wo sich das Paket befindet. Ich hatte keine Lust mehr und die Bestellung storniert.

Eine Nachricht von Kundenservice:
"The product you purchased is not in stock in our German warehouse, so it needs to be shipped from China."
So einfach geht es aber nicht, denn das bedeutet:
- Die Angaben auf der Webseite stimmen nicht, der Versand erfolgt aus China.
- Die Preise auf der Webseite stimmen nicht, es kommen noch Einfuhrabgaben für den Import dazu.
- Als Importeur wär ich verantwortlich für die Einhaltung aller Vorschriften in der EU. Löst das Produkt einen Schaden aus und es wird festgestellt, dass es nicht den Vorschriften in der EU entspricht, wird der Importeur für den Schaden verantwortlich gemacht werden. Diese Verschiebung der Verantwortung ist nicht zu unterschätzen.

Es folgte noch ein sinnbefreites hin und her, letztendlich konnte ich stornieren. Ob ich mein Geld zurückbekomme ist unklar, Wuben möchte mir die Transportkosten von der Erstattung abziehen, falls ich überhaupt eine bekomme.

Fazit:
- Es scheint so dass, wer nicht nachfragt bekommt seine Bestellung nicht.
- Die Lieferung wird entgegen der Beschreibung auf der Webseite höchstwahrscheinlich aus China erfolgen, damit entstehen zusätzliche Kosten und Haftung.
- Der Kundenservice ist wenig hilfreich.
- Das Gesamtbild wird sich dann vermutlich auch auf die Produkte übertragen, also wird Wuben die Beschreibung der Produkte auch nicht für bindend erachten.

When I received my light it did not come with the carrying pouch you advertise. When I went to charge it the charging cord got hot and melted in to two pieces. It does not have the colored light you advertise and it cannot flash as you advertise. There was no logo on my light like your add shows. This does not seem to be a quality product and I am still waiting to hear back on what you plan to do.

I ordered my light back in November 2025 and NEVER AS OF THE MESSAGE NEVER RECEIVED THE LIGHT. Don't waist your time or lose your money. This company are worthless nothing but a scam, AI BS!

jeg må indrømme der er 1 minus og det tar simpelthen alt for længe før man modtager varen 21 dage fra bestilling.. men men men, jeg er totalt overrasket og den lækre kvalitet og så lyser den lygte X4 som dagslys på 1500 lumen en vild lygte trods sin lille størelse. G5 kan også anbefales lille og handy mindre end en æske tændstikker og lyser så klart på 400 lumen. alt i alt ventetiden værd

Very good service. After DHL lost my package... Wuben investigated the case and sent me a spare one with an additional gift inside. Very kind communication. The process was kind of long, but this is totally on DHL / Deutsche Post.

The product failed after about a month, and getting it replaced under warranty has been a total nightmare, after multiple back and forth emails over the span of 3 weeks they finally send me a replacement, which was a different product to the one I had purchased.

We're now 2 months later and I still have not received a proper replacement

Delivery directly from china without overseas warning in shop. L3 lamp advertised with USB C but only their own cable fits properly. Port is too deep for Lenovo, Sony, Anker... cables. Customer support refused to help because the cable that ships with the lamp fits. Have to give it to them. The rest of the lamp is very nice.

Everything this product said it is, it isn’t. Even the magnet doesn’t work.
It promised RGB lights and only blue works.

Do not trust!! Didn’t receive my order. Ordered two G5’s far in advance of Christmas as a present, and still nothing 5th January. Emailed repeatedly and yet no response to delivery dates or if I could pick up anywhere to help. Great marketing as product looks great, but don’t be fooled. Continuing to be disgusted by behaviour of online shops.

Ich hatte vor 4 Jahren eine WUBEN T70 zu Weihnachten bekommen. Trotz sehr seltenem Gebrauch stellte ich fest, dass trotz wenigen Minuten Einsatz, die Batterien immer fertig waren und kein Aufladen möglich mehr war. So habe ich 5 mal, neue Batterien (Akku) gekauft (€ 19,90 +/-) und getauscht. Jedes mal passierte das Gleiche, minimaler Einsatz, trotzdem Akku leer. Nun hatte ich vor einigen Wochen WUBEN direkt kontaktiert und die Situation geschildert, bzw. eine besondere Akkuempfehlung erfragt. (Ich schloss die Möglichkeit, evtl. falsche oder billig-Akkus verwendet zu haben nicht aus). Aber, man bestätigte mir die Richtigkeit meiner verwendeten Akkus und erklärte die Entleerung durch einen defekt in der Lampe selbst und die Lampe reparieren lassen könnte. Auf Anfragen wo ich die Lampe den einsenden könnte, sollte ich mich an den Verkäufer wenden. Ich erklärte dass es ein Geschenk war und ich nicht weiß wo mein (mittlerweile verstorbener) Vater die Lampe kaufte, das Produkt doch ein Markenprodukt von WUBEN sei und noch keine Ewigkeit im Handel sei. Auch bin ich registriert, bekomme wöchentlich Newsletter etc. Um zum Ende zu kommen, unter diesen Umständen konnte und wollte man mir nicht weiterhelfen. Ich habe an Weihnachten eine neue Taschenlampe bekommen, Nitecore, die Gleiche, welche auch in der Polizeiausrüstung enthalten ist. Ich denke, dass ich damit mehr Glück habe. WUBEN ??? kann ich nur abraten.

I’m very disappointed with my buying experience with this brand. More than one month has passed since I purchased the X4 flashlight, and I still have not received my order.
What concerns me even more is that customer support informed me there is a possibility that the parcel may never arrive. Although they mentioned that the issue is being checked with the logistics department and that a reshipment is possible if the item is confirmed missing, the situation itself is frustrating and unacceptable for such a long delivery period.
I regret that my first experience with Wuben turned out this way.
