I collect the coolest flashlights and I have added the Wuben brand to my collection. The quality is 5 stars. Customer Service is quick to respond to Inquiries. I am enjoying the Wuben experience!

I was surprised how small but bright it really was. It lights up a big room no problem.

Great products and the delivery was excellent! I love the way you guys make the flashlights have more versatility for common everyday use. Keep up the great innovation!

Purtroppo è arrivato inizialmente con un difetto, assistenza clienti è stata rapidissima e mi ha sostituito il prodotto, vedi il vero livello di un’azienda dalla sua assistenza clienti molto costumer oriented.

Comprerei altre 1000 volte la loro, la consiglio a tutti, è un marchio valido, ha anche garanzia di 5 anni.

The website was easy to maneuver and order from. I was able to easily track my package, which was nice, since it took a little longer to arrive than I had anticipated. Overall I am very pleased with the product and have used the flashlight multiple times and it has maintained a good charge.

As I actually like a lot of the innovative ideas of this company I finally decided to get my first Wuben Light myself, so I ordered via homepage. I received an email with tracking link etc. and the product should be in my place in a few days.
Unfortunately the tracking showed that the shipping didn't move for more than a week, so I wrote to the customer service asking if there is anything wrong. They explained that my product was not in stock anymore so they decided to send it to me with an extra lame shipping taking a month or more!! I answered asking why they didn't contact me to ask if that is alright. Actually you have to do that or just have to cancel the order and refund.
It is definitely not alright to not inform your customer that he has to wait for a month for a product that he should receive after couple days. A message telling that the product is not on stock would have been the least.
The answer to my question was just something about that now I could not cancel my order anymore because the parcel is on the way already. That tells a lot about how this company cares about its customers.

My light broken after 5 month of use (X3 OWL).
I communicate Wuben team and they helped to me really quickly. I have sended video of problem and Wuben team just shipped a replacement. Quick and professional communication.

Replasment received really quickly. About 7 days.
I like my OWL X3. Great flashlight. Why broken I don't know, but Wuben team are professionals and ready to help.

My light didn't work, about every day or every other day we had correspondence and I had to provide video evidence for their troubleshooting methods, and then they just shipped a replacement. Hassle-free.

It's just that the replacement shipping seems to be of lower priority so it took quite a while to come in. Anywhere from 15-30 days. I got mine in about 20.

I bought an X1. Lovely lamp, very good indeed. It is as would be expected very heavy, which I expect is why the clip on the end of the lanyard failed (just snapped) after about three months. I was crossing a footbridge with the lamp hanging round my neck, it went in the river. Unrecoverable, a real shame. I sent the picture of lanyard and broken clip to Wuben but all they gave me was a discount on a replacement lamp. I asked but they absolutely would not replace the lamp, even though it was their lamp and their lanyard and their clip.
In response to their reply to this review - the way for Wubenlight to make this good would be for them to refund the 50%.
Nice product, shame about the after sales support.

Lightok X3: This is possibly the best light in this size. I use it for a week, will see how it will be in terms of durability it needs years of usage so i cannot comment this.

The only two things that i miss straight out of the box is a second non-rapid blink mode for the white light and an average speed blink mode for the red light so as it can be used with bike or scooter while driving on the road as a rear red light during the day

Given this light is so great and feature packed i am confused how is this possible to be missed.

I have well over 100 flashlights. Lumintop, Emisar and Noctigon, Sofirn and Wurkkos, Acebeam, etc. the T1 is my favorite full size light. I keep it by the front door and take it on nighttime excursions. Of all those lights, it has the perfect combination of size, weight, feel, beam and the switch is probably my favorite feature. Awesome light!

They got here on time I like the size of the flashlight the price was great and im.thinking of ordering more stuff from here...

I order a Lightok X3 Owl EDC Flashlight and it was sent to the wrong address somehow but when i email Wuben they resolve that quickly and took care of the shipping fee as well really good customer service and great site to order from.

Website was easy to navigate. Plenty of interesting designs witch provide interesting effective alternatives to current flashlight design. Delivery was a bit slow but reliable. Highly satisfied overall.

Had a flashlight malfunction and stop charging
Fortunately the representative was very nice and understanding and reissued me a new one right away

Had an issue with my KnightX0. Ava from CS was able to send a replacement. Took a while due to Chinese New year but other than that great overall experience and love the light!
