I ordered a New Year surprise box $19.99 + S&H $7.99 = $27.98, received a $33.99 (AliExpress free shipping) H1. What a major disappointment for a new year! Never again taking that chance.

Wuben makes excellent flashlight. Beautiful design, high quality and perfect materials like titanium, cooper or aluminium. After my order the Chinese new year holidays started so the delivery took longer than described on their website.

I love Wuben's flashlights. They are extremely well made and they are unique compared to all the other flashlights on the market.

Almost 8 weeks to arrive which i think is very slow when they say it came by airplane battery will not hold any charge. they do not reply to any of my emails. will never buy from wuben again.
contacted customer support all they said was have a nice day

The g2 would not hold charge .I requested a refund and that never happened. I have multiple wuben lights so was disappointed with this. Customer service is lacking

My light arrived on time and in great condition (the box wasn’t torn or anything) I’ve been using it almost everyday! Such a great light cannot recommend enough!

Innovation innovation innovation. I am a huge collector and wuben has been my favorite company over the past 2 year. Because of their innovative and different design! If you want a normal flashlight - wuben has got you covered. If you want an extraordinary flashlight- they got that too!

I've been reviewing Wuben flashlights for a long time now. Their flashlights are pretty cool, especially the X series, and the amazing Wuben A1. Of course there are some older models that are not very interesting, but especially the newer ones are quite nice. Their performance is pretty good, as well as their communication. At the moment I think I have about 5-10 of their flashlights, and some were gifted.
They are pretty innovative, with new features, and they are listening to their customers.

I purchased a B2 bike light WUBEN B2 Bike Light Sept 23, 2021. The light is high quality, but the handlebar mount I received is not good.

When I first got the light, it wouldn't lock into the mount and could slide forward and come off in rough terrain. When I inspected the mount, I could see cracks in the plastic where it flexes. I tried fixing it by filling the cracks with superglue and supergluing a plastic support on the underside. But, it still wouldn't engage with the light enough to lock it in place.

As a final attempt to use the light, I was just going to wrap a piece of velcro around the light and the locking tab of the mount to make sure it didn't fall off while riding, but when I went to attach it to my handlebars, the plastic hinge totally failed.

The mount had only been used one or two times and had never been crashed or abused.

When I contacted Wuben this is the response I got:
