I ordered a E7 at 01.12.2023 and now its the 15.01.2024 and i still haven´t received anything yet! the Track and trace stopped updating the 08.12.2023 saying it left China. I know it says on there website that it can take up to 28 working days, to receive a product, but if I knew that beforehand, I would never have made the order. I hope i will get my item eventually, since I already paid for it.

Torch is good. Small size good for keychain. Problem is received from custom. Torch was going to custom and need to send a lot of paper to show how much i pay for torch. Actually was give from Wuben, but preparation and e-mail to receive my torch is absolutely not good. I order a lot of stuff from China and never go to custom. Torch is great but delivery is not recommended at all.

Well made, well thought out. I have the clear x3 and the black aluminum charging case.
Great little edc light, use it at home, walking the dog and at work.

I own several products from the brand. All are made of high quality materials and are excellently made. The finish is at a very high level and apparently the quality has been raised to a cult. Even the cases and hand straps are excellent unlike other companies. G3 Mini EDC Multi Keychain Tool is a nice souvenir and a good gift for anyone. I have a serious remark only about the intermediary company-supplier. They delay and make the delivery more expensive by making it go through customs and having to fill out customs papers and paying extra fees. This is not the case with other companies in the industry. Change your courier company for Bulgaria.

The item is well built. The shipping is fast.

I bought 3 lights. The one I like the best is the x3. Magnetic bottom, angle head and red light capability makes it awesome. The x2 is kinda boring. It’s well made but nothing stands out about it.

There is no way to contact Customer service about order status. The link in their email doesn't work. There is no way to find out if your order is ligit or not. Their customer service is non-existent. Better to buy local, US flashlights. Lesson learned.
You asked for the order number and I provided it. Then you reply you can’t find my email. That is deceptive. I can provide details, but if you can’t find it with the order number you have bigger issues.
My original complaint is that there is no way to access any customer service except through sites like trustpilot for any kind of customer service.
Also, wuben asked for the order number which I provided. I didn’t provide my email, so your response of not finding my email is deceptive.
My request is now for a refund.

WUBEN X2, I like this flashlight because it has a simple shape, is small and light, very comfortable in my pocket. The three Osram P9 emitters are very impressive, the light produced is very bright, even though it is flood type, the light throws quite far. The unique body and USB C of this flashlight add a unique and futuristic impression. The simple UI and instant strobe really helped me in using it. I have tried dropping it to a height of 1m and tried washing it with water, and the flashlight still turns on normally. Spectacular.

Fast response so that Communication is well established, information is conveyed very quickly, delivery is also easy to monitor and reaches its destination quickly

Wuben company is great! Everything, from customer support to shipping speed and finally to outstanding products! My F5 camping light came in no time and boy-o-boy what'a beautiful light is that! Along with my X3 and G2 🤗 Simple there is not a bad thing to say about them!

The light is great but the shipping was the worst it took almost a month I would never buy another one just because of the shipping. They drop ship from china.

I have quite a few different Wuben lights in my collection. I have always received my lights in a timely manner and the one time I did have an issue with only one of the lights, Wuben promptly shipped me a replacement without question.

I am a real customer, bought the Wuben G2 after seeing it on reddit. The charging port cover tore off and the port would fill with lint on my keychain. Customer service came through for me and replaced it!

I have had nothing but the best experience dealing with Wuben. Their customer service has been extremely friendly, and they flashlight are the best on the market!
