Miserabler Service!

Dieser Einkauf ging voll in die Hose. Die Taschenlampe ist nicht in Ordnung. Der Reflektor ist angelaufen und hat Kondensflecken.
Aber das schlimmste ist der miserable Service von Wurkkos. Anstatt mir problemlos eine neue Lampe oder das Geld zurÃŒckzuschicken, machen sie so dermaßen Theater, daß ich nun PayPal einschalten mußte. Zudem bin ich kein Neukunde und habe bereits 4 TaLa dort gekauft. Nun kaufe ich nichts mehr bei Wurkkos und muß auch leider von einem Kauf dort abraten.

No communication.

I placed an order on 03/10/25 for a wurkkos TS27.
I received an email confirming payment and order number.
After 2wks with no communication on order progress I emailed the customer service dept, I received no response at all.
Over the next week I emailed twice more.
No response whatsoever, buyer beware!!!

UPDATE
Since my post I have found Wurkkos team very helpful and communicative. I received my T27 on Monday 10th November.
Really pleased with the product, just a shame that I had to give a poor review before I was contacted.

Eine Woche nach Bestellung keine Infos bekommen

Ich habe am 5.10 zwei Artikel bestellt. Am 12.10 gab es immer noch absolut null Informationen bezÌglich der Bestellung. Weder eine info mit sendungsdetails oder das die Bestellung bearbeitet wurde. Ich wÌrde, wenn man bestellen will mit Paypal zu zahlen. Dann hat man den kÀuferschutz. Das hat gut geklappt.

7 dagar innan man behagade skicka bestÀllningen.
Efter 4 dagar bad jag om att avboka ordern eftersom man inte hade skickat den. Man svarar inte utan istÀllet vÀntar man 3 dagar till och sen skickar man ordern.
Försökt att kontakta support utan någon framgång.

Bought a Fc11c from wurkkos.com a nice


Bought a Fc11c from wurkkos.com a nice orange flashlight in 4000k colour temp. Everything went super smooth with wurkkos giving me tracking details every step of the way.
It took just 8 days to arrive from China (brilliant) price was the cheapest on the internet. Torch was delivered by Yodel and packaging was well padded and secure.
Torch is in perfect working order in original box with all accessories and is fantastic.
Brilliant service from wurkkos...will be putting another larger order in very soon.

Tanta soddisfazione con poca spesa.

MI STUPISCONO LE RECENSIONI NEGATIVE: il sito Ú affidabile e si acquista facilmente nella propria lingua e valuta, inoltre le spedizioni sono abbastanza veloci e rispondono pure alle email, dalla Germania credo.
Oltre che belle, le torce sono potenti e affidabili, i led sono di ultima generazione e si acquista a un terzo rispetto ad altri marchi.
AGGIORNAMENTO DEL 4 novembre 2025:
ho conosciuto Wurkkos tramite recensori molto qualificati su YouTube: Piercing The Darkness, Weerapat Kiatdumrong, FlashlightTech; questi 3 canali fanno le migliori recensioni.
Pur non avendo una reale necessità, ma soltanto perché mi erano piaciute e i prezzi non erano elevati, in breve tempo ho acquistato 7 torce Wurkkos: n. 2 TD04; n. 1 TS23; n. 1 HD20; n. 1 H25S; n. 1 TS11 (con batt. 18650 + tubo); n. 1 TS28. Di tutte queste sono completamente soddisfatto, ognuna di queste Ú la mia preferita, perché ognuna ha caratteristiche diverse e interessanti. Prossimamente vorrei anche un lanciatore Wurkkos (1.000 metri o più, ma non un laser!) con batteria 32650 e led opportuno.
L'esperienza di acquisto Ú sempre stata facile, poiché il sito Ú ben progettato e funzionale nelle varie fasi di acquisto. Le consegne sono avvenute in tempi ragionevoli e senza costi di trasporto.
Dovrebbero soltanto migliorare gli imballi per le spedizioni perché il bellissimo packaging talvolta arriva con qualche ammaccatura ed Ú un piccolo dispiacere.

Lieferzeit China-Deutschland 9 Tage, Taschenlampe einwandfrei und vollstÀndig, mit verstÀndlicher Deutsch/Englischer Anleitung. Wie Ìblich Originalkarton mit PlastikfolienhÌlle, absolut ausreichend. Sendungsverfolgung einwandfrei nachvollziehbar.
