Such a pathetic and highly unprofessional company. Dont waste your time and money with them. I filed refund case for both my files to which they had to give a response in 45 working days and now after 3 months they are not even responding to any email that I sent. Bunch of liars, they are just salesman trying to sell their programmes on paper without providing any service after that. Such a bad experience with WWICS mohali branch’s Sahil Rana.

I seriously regret having started my Australian immigration procedures with them... It is a big waste of time and money: they mis-present the information at first to make you a legible candidate, and once you make the payment, it is almost impossible to get your application through...

Please avoid this company.

Worst service I have applied for tourist visa from wwics 2 times and they were so confident documents are done you will get visa.
Also at the time of giving money I specifically asked if there is any possibility it will not come let me know in advance but people said no no dont worry we are here and here it is after refusal cant do anything.

Pathetic services, total lies just to retain payment in full by giving discount offers after that forget about the process they will only insist on taking higher score of ielts and removing other services which are complimentary with reputable immigration consultants

Well, the process takes too long and they do not assist WELL. I was able to finish the process of my migration by myself but still they didn't have update on my case/application. Poor quality service and slow process and staff are not friendly nor accommodating.

My borthers and sisters.i know how hard we earn money and trying to go to another country.i beg you.please do not give money for this scam company.i lost 14000 dhs.2 of my friends as well.but i dont want it to happen to others.atleast i can save someoneplease read the mail.they will not refund the money.my wife didnt get the work permit as well.its being 2 years.but they will not refund the money.please do not get caught.they will talk nicely untill they grab all your money.

Hello sir my husband ‘s for spouse visa I was able but your WWICS member puzzled me and said me it would be spouse visa but this visa is visitor visa and I'm fully able for spouse visa I have been misguided some of your WWICS members are doing misguide and they are bad in future for WWICS so strongly request Pizz remove them from your branches they already miss led me they wasted my time my days all money took in advance and usually all immigrations department they take half money first but from me it has been taken all and misguided your staff already broke my trust WWICS was my favorite immigration don't know why they did with me this

I am completely disappointed with the service I have received from WWICS Qatar. I received several false pieces of information from the agent (Suraj D) who handled my profile, leading me to assume that the agents are not knowledgeable and qualified for this job role.

My wife and I registered with WWICS in January 2022 for Canada visa processing, and I paid an amount of 7000+ QAR to WWICS. The agent (Suraj D) informed me that the amount covered both me and my wife. However, during the document process, they performed all the eligibility tests and registration in the portal only for me. They did not undertake any process for my wife, yet they charged money for her.

In our initial discussion, Suraj D informed us that the amount would be refundable. However, when we received the agreement, it stated that the amount is non-refundable. When we questioned Suraj D, he promised us that he would address it, and the amount would be refundable. However, after almost one and a half years from the payment date, when we inquired about the refund via email, they responded, stating they were unable to proceed with the refund. We contacted Suraj D regarding the refund, but he did not answer the phone or respond to messages. Even when I visited his office, he repeatedly said he would check and get back to me, but nothing happened. I have not received any refund for myself or my wife, despite them not proceeding with anything for her. This was the first and worst false information regarding the refund.

Additionally, Suraj D informed us that we should complete the IELTS, and he stated that the classes were mandatory and should be done through the WWICS team ONLY. I spent around QAR 1,500 – 2,000 for the classes with them. However, when I visited the British Council office, they informed us that the classes were not mandatory, and we could sit for exams through self-studies. This is the second false piece of information I received.

During our first meeting, Suraj D completely convinced us that my profession has high demand in Canada. However, when I checked the portal, I found that there is very little demand, and most companies prefer to recruit people who already reside in Canada. I received many regretful emails stating the same, despite my qualifications matching the job role. This is the third false piece of information I received.
Suraj D claimed that WWICS is a worldwide agency with a good reputation, but now I have doubts about this. If WWICS is a reputed company, it is sad and disappointing to see very unprofessional agents providing false information to clients. I never expected this kind of service from a worldwide agency.

Moreover, the administrative support they provide is very poor. Essentially, they only create accounts on job portals and upload required documents (CV, cover letter, educational and professional certificates), tasks that clients can do without any assistance. The client must handle all other aspects, such as creating a CV and cover letter, attesting to educational and professional certificates, etc. The eligibility test they conduct is pointless; if you have a degree and 2+ years of working experience, you can apply for a job overseas.

However, I will make sure to spread this among others and write reviews on every possible site, as I don't want others to get trapped with this kind of scam agency. Moreover, I saw positive feedback in the review section; however, I believe these are all fake reviews. They have replied to all negative comments, saying they don't have any profiles of those people, but I suspect those are the real reviews. In case they claim not to have my profile, my registration number is FSN:525527.

I regret to say that my experience with WWICS has been nothing short of disappointing. After paying a significant amount of money for their immigration services, I find myself still waiting for the assistance and commitment they promised.

Not only did the company fail to deliver on their services, but they have also refused to issue a refund despite their shortcomings. It's deeply frustrating to deal with a company that seems more interested in taking money than providing genuine help to their clients.

The lack of communication and transparency from their side is truly concerning. I've tried to reach out to them multiple times to resolve the situation, but my concerns have fallen on deaf ears.

I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale to those considering WWICS. I strongly advise you to research thoroughly and consider other options before entrusting your immigration journey to them.

I registered there for Canadian migration starting time i inform them about my qualification.my Consultent was Chiranjeev sing( Arun) they said 350 I’d pay now and start processing and I paid that money . After that Arun was disappear from that office and I call their land line some one pick the call and inform me that Arun was not working with them now , then one day they call me to their office to register for CES but in my case that one not applicable like they says . So after that they suggest MR to go Europe ( Poland ) and asked again some more money from me but my family members advise me don’t pay again now first ask ur refund now two years they didn’t pay my money refund and I want to tell to other applicants who trusted them pls beware of this scam group WWICIcs

Very poor service
Since last 9 months I have registered with WWICS from our all documentation finished as they requested ( before 6 months) even Ielts’s . They have done only created an account . Now when we ask about the progress . They telling u have to apply for the jobs by yourself , I’m not getting a good response form their side . I have paid a huge amount as agency fees

Throughout the entire process, they seemed more interested in requesting additional documents than actually moving my application forward. It felt like they were stalling intentionally, constantly coming up with excuses for delays. It was infuriating to see my case dragged out unnecessarily.

Not only did they waste my time, but they also wasted my money. It became clear that they were more interested in padding their own pockets than providing a valuable service.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this consultant to look elsewhere. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and only interested in dragging out the process for their own benefit. Don't waste your time or money on them.

I had registered with them five years ago after they convinced me that my profile is good enough to get a visa. They are very active until receive 100% payment upfront. After that I have had to follow up heavy by email, phone and meeting them up in office. Later I found out that we are paying huge sums of money only for them to fill a simple application form online. They even closed up the country office without letting us know. If I could upload photos I can show my last communication with their representative Chander Tiwari which clearly shows how active they are when coming to new sales and when asking any clarifications.

WWICS is without any doubt the best immigration consultancy of India. I feel very happy and satisfied with the services provided by WWICS to process my Canada PR application under Express Entry. Thank You!!
