Over the last 2 years I have had 11 Kershaw doors from their Utah range and 1 set of Worcester bi-fold doors. The doors have been very good, no complaints and the service from Kershaws has also been good. But the handle supplied with the bi-folds was of an unacceptably poor quality, cheap brown plastic that had clearly been stressed. However, my main criticism is directed at the delivery firm sub-contracted by Kershaws. The last 2 deliveries had to be chased each time over a period of 2 weeks to get a delivery date and then I did not get the promised phone call to say whether delivery would be morning or afternoon.

We took along time to find the right doors. The staff were very helpful and patient with us. Would recommend Kershaws Doors to all our friends.

The Door and Frame arrived and I was immediately impressed, all the lead up was just as the order said! Then Glen (a proper chippy) came to fit it...all went well...we loved the look and quality. Then the cold weather came and the draughts came in! I got Glen back round as I thought he hadn't fitted the door properly, but it turns out the door frame gasket was just not up to the job. On phoning Kershaws they said that was the standard seal and didn't really want to comment further. Well, a draughty door is no good to me. So, bless him, Glen has come back and put the gasket on that he recommends!! Voila, draughts gone! So, sort it out Kershaws....the standard gasket is not good!

Ordered hardwood French Doors, and received prompt notification of purchase and was told when the courier would be contacting me. Courier eventually gave me a date for delivery which was way outside the indicated delivery time Kershaw Doors said would be the case, so I contacted them and Andy was brilliant at looking into the issue and arranging delivery for the following day, which duly happened.

Can't fault them on their product or attention to customer service. Next set of doors I need, I know where to go first.

The product and service is very good , the door kit I purchased came with external suppliers instructions which needed a little more detail but I was informed of this on purchase , at the end of the day I would recommend to others

Excellent after service

The oak door frame was not easy to install (very heavy) but by carefully following all the instructions the result was outstanding. I purchased all the recommended varnishes from Kershaws which were hard to find on the high street.
Kershaws were very prompt and helpfull with my order. It was a good online purchasing experience with a personal touch. Well done.

Undoubtedly a quality product and more than helpful staff. Such a shame that the door was transported without any protection, other than a plastic film by people who were careless or inexperienced!!
Beware and check thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt as the corner of my door was damaged but this was not initially apparent.

I ordered a door on the 21st September, paid nearly £40 for delivery and it still hasn't arrived; it's due on the 23rd October. That's over a month! The attitude of Ian, who I spoke to a couple of times was appalling; he seemed to think it was perfectly acceptable to wait for so long and that I was being unreasonable. At the very least I would have expected the delivery charge to be refunded, but I didn't even receive an apology.
Do not use this company; or if you do, arrange your own courier. And don't speak to Ian as his manner would make even the most laid-back person lose their temper!

Organised and professional from start to finish. Helpful staff who know what they are talking about. Would recommend to anyone.

Very helpful on the phone , doors are lovely good quality only slight little niggle there are no fitting instructions just a video online which is very general !

We have been very pleased with the doors and service that we have received. Your showroom was excellent allowing my husband and I to see the finished products and their quality. Your salespeople were very helpful in explaining how the various doors were manufactured and helping us to chose the handles to match. Having placed the order on Saturday, we received a call on Monday to confirm delivery would be on Tuesday! The vehicle arrived at 8am and the driver was helped to carry the doors inside. We now have the doors in place and the improvement is very noticeable. Thanks once again a for 1st class service.

Ordered 3 "bespoke doors" turned up late and damaged. No communication or responses to my emails until I made the phone call.

Excellent service, prompt delivery, could not be faulted.
Will use again.

Friendly, helpful service and the door looks good in our lounge

This is my second order from Kershaws (first 2011) and this company is always efficient, helpful and curtious. I cannot speak too highly of these Oak doors and hardware. Superb once hung and get many admirers. The ones with part glass are always admired.

Would deal with them again

I bought a number of individual doors from Kershaws' clearance. It took several 'phone calls and lots of questions to find ones of the right size that would go together. Rick was incredibly helpful and patient, going the extra mile (perhaps literally!) to check details for me. I couldn't have had better service had I ordered a dozen of their highest-end doors.
The doors are great quality and just as described on the website. Thank you.
