Very good service and no hassle.

Excellent service - Rick was very helpful.

To date my order has not been delivered. It was supposed to be yesterday. On complaint to Kershaw Doors I received a response email explaining the high level of customer care satisfaction with the company and how their agent had tried to deliver to my "bungalow". I. I don't live in a bungalow: 2. I was in all day: 3. no note left to prove attendance. Is it me or has the definition of customer care changed?

I have not opened the packaging yet but the doors arrived quickly which is cool service. If the doors are pristine then Kershaws deserves 5 stars

We were looking for a door to finish a project. We had been round all the usual DIY superstores and whilst some of the doors we looked at were lovely and would have done the job, none had the wow factor, so we decided to try online and came across Kershaws. It proves the point that if you want something special you need to go to a specialist. The choice, the price range and the sheer scope of unusual designs was staggering. We never knew you could get such a variety of designs for doors. We selected and paid for the one that caught our eye. The process was quick efficient and everything happened when we were told it would. We are extremely satisfied with our selection and everyone has commented on the door. Excellent product and service.

I needed various sizes of internal doors and Kershaws Doors met my needs. I found the type of doors I wanted at the right price and they arranged courier delivery too at a reasonable charge. I am very pleased with their service and recommend this company for their customer first attitude. Excellent all round.

This door was ordered as I have a strange sized frame. This door was the closest I could get without having one made. The door is a good weight and well made. It came with all the fittings needed and clear instructions on how to hang it. The only thing not included was a handle, but saying that I would have bought one to match the rest of the house anyway. I would happily order agin from kershaws.

I purchased 8 internal doors from Kershaw doors, and wanted to make sure I had everything right, so had a number of phone calls and emails with Ian before I bought them. On their arrival I was very pleased with the doors, although one was slightly damaged on the corner, which had probably been done in transit. I then found, having read the leaflet attached to the doors, that the doors could not be trimmed more than 1/4 inch, but as our doorways were not standard size, I needed to cut them more than this. I was very upset at the thought (and cost) of having to return them. I spoke to Ian again and he was very reassuring, and went to great lengths to find out how I could get around this problem, and came up with a solution that I was happy with. He also offered me a partial refund on the damaged door, no questions asked, nor evidence needed, and I was very impressed with his fantastic customer service. The doors are not yet fitted as I need a good carpenter to sort them out (!), but I am very happy with the wonderful service and support that I have received from Ian and Kershaw Doors. Highly recommended :-)

The doors were competitively priced and arrived within the time period promised but when installed, the track was not too good. So the doors are loose. They also don't close fully because the screws used for the hinges. Are too big and protrude.
