Excellent speedy service. Repaired x box and final bill as per qoute. Extended opening hours which is great when you work out of Dundee.

Excellent service and advice given when my Table was fixed. I was very pleased with the help and advice given my the assistant in restoring my programmes. He was very good.

Was recommended 3000 rpm by a friend. I was needing a new screen for an iPhone, Timpsons wanted £70 , rpm quoted £55 no brainier, service was excellent,staff were excellent would certainly use them again and recommend

Put my pc (windows 7) in for yearly M.O.T and to resolve a small problem. The guys said no problem (as usual)
I got a text saying certain person allocated to job ( upgrade to windows 10) and would let me know when done (as usual)
Got a call next day to say job and upgrade could'nt be done without extra components and parts etc, but there was a bill of £20 for looking at it.
If they had told me the upgrade couldnt be done at the desk when I first went in I would'nt have put the pc in !!

My laptop was repaired very quickly and to my satisfaction. I have always found 3000rpm to give excellent service.

gentleman was very polite and helpful, but I have two aps for the brown street surgery and I have to put in callsign and password every time I go into it perhaps he can come back and correct this

The staff are always very helpful and professional, problems are resolved very quickly, I would always go to 3000RPM for repairs, parts etc.

Every time I deal with 3000rpm I come away feeling very satisfied with the experience. I really respect their expertise, efficiency and customer care. put my laptop in got it back 1-2days later all fixed great work.

Laptop that I bought to replace a previous one that had died also
suddenly ceased to function. Decided to get both checked and was surprised to find out that 3000RPM are open on Sundays! Took them in and explained the problem, indicating that the priority was the newer one. Expected it to take a few days but received an email on the Monday that both needed new hard drives. Was unsure if I wanted to fix the older one but the technician said it was a good machine and worth doing as it would be worth more than repair cost if we wanted to sell it. In addition he managed to get a some discount due to the fact I was getting both done.
Both laptops returned within three days - fantastic professional service and at a very fair cost.

Used this company for years for computer purchase and repairs - great no nonsense service, reasonable pruces and great customer service.

Great service, they had to carry out some additional work on my phone but contacted me before doing so and detailed.the reason, the cost & gained my permission. Job was done in less than 24 hours! Will.be recommending these guys to everyone.

I recently had computer repaired and had to return it to have HDD replaced as thiis was overlooked first time in.

Staff are honest and reliable, very helpful and give sound unbiased advice. They carry out repairs for minimum cost and only recommend update or replacement where absolutely necessary.
I highly recommend 3000 rpm.

Service was good, good job done but I specifically asked for internet explorer to be added this wasn't done so I don't think tbe staff listen to you, had to get someone else to do it for me

Have used 3000rpm 3 times over the years,have always been very happy with their work all done at reasonable prices and have recommended them to numerous friends.

I have used 3000rpm several times over the past few years and I cannot fault them.They provide a very efficient service at a very reasonable cost. You are kept advised of the progress of your piece of equipment and notified by text as soon as the work is done.
