Varying success
I have tried to form 2 companies with 360, the first of which still has not been formed and I still do not know why. I managed one on-line chat with an agent after running the gauntlet of AI. This is the only way to get any information as they do not answer the phone number provided, and they were unable to help me.
However I have successfully formed a 2nd company with 360 which was very easy for which I am grateful.

It has been two weeks since I have paid and applied for the VAT, no information has been provided from you. I have tried contacting you over the email and have had no response at all.
Update: I have received a response and proof of submission. Will update once everything is done.

This company was hopeless
This company was hopeless. They quoted the wrong price for the company formation and failed to respond to any emails sent to them for 7 days. When we tried to cancel the formation due to their failure to respond, we were ignored.

Absolutely terrible
For the second time they did not process our registered address, which we had paid for the day after they said our card was declined. I emailed them multiple times to check it went through - but nothing. This resulted for the second year running that Companies House put us on their default address. I received one email telling me that I hadn't renewed it and I sent them their paid invoice. They said they had sent multiple emails but haven't received any of them. I have now moved to another company. Don't need the stress

Can’t get through to anyone
Can’t get through to anyone, submitted an order a week ago and no updates, they do not answer the phone emails or the chat function, we needed the company started a week ago, paid upfront then heard nothing, now having to take them to the small claims court

Brought a package with this company and I have yet to receive my VAT registration and business bank account. They are hard to contact and the communication is terrible taking into account I said for a full service!
