You only realise how good or bad a company really is when you have a problem. We had a problem with the supplier (Indian Hub) however 4 living provided a first class service in dealing with the supplier issues and issued a refund immediately without any chasing whatsoever. Definitely a first class service even though we did not end up having the product ordered.

I bought the Ethnicraft Bok table & chairs and I must say it looks even nicer then it does on the pictures. The quality of the table and the chairs is excellent and the chairs are so comfortable to sit on.
The Service I received when placing my order was excellent too and the communication received while waiting for my order to arrive was spot on.

A good ordering experience and helpful team. Delivery was faster than promised and delivery day was painless. All in all a great experience and a super product!

Had the pleasure of purchasing a sofa from 4 Living. Their level of customer service is second to none with great communication and personal attention to detail made the whole experience a real pleasure. Nothing appears to be too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

This is my first ever review, but I recently purchased a new dinning table, chairs and sideboard from 4 Living and I can not recommend them high enough. All of the furniture was delivered on time and to a very high quality and the after service support was fantastic to resolve a small issue we had.
I will definitely use 4 Living again.

We purchased a Skovby Ellipse dining table this autumn and we’re very impressed by the level of customer service. I changed my mind about the finish and size and this was accommodated with no problems. Delivery was on time and the table was lovely.

Although I had to wait a little longer than the anticipated timescale for delivery due to COVID, my emails for an update were answered promptly. The delivery guys were polite and friendly and placed the furniture where I asked while maintaining a safe COVID distance and when I unpacked the items, which were perfectly protected for transportation, I was delighted at the quality of the Ethnicraft shadow 3 door sideboard and the large Twist side table. They have transformed my dining area. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Waiting for a response to queries raised ref missing delivery and Pinnacle NO contact, ongoing since 17th Sept chasing a customer service response (several emails) sent.
Will update this review once i get a conclusion and hopefully positive response, paid for the goods in July so i have been patient !

Just placed my order and had a few questions before hand. Naomi and Anja were absolutely fab and went above and beyond to get me the answers I needed. I haven’t got the products yet but 10/10 so far - the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Thanks guys.

Our product was unfortunately delayed due to current circumstances but the team at 4 Living have been extremely helpful and understanding throughout, keeping us well informed and updated! When the product did arrive - it’s great we absolutely love it and amazing quality!!

The tall table we ordered arrived, well packaged and with a trusted carrier. Their website was easy to navigate.

I bought an Ethnicraft Bok extending table for ~£2200 in October.

I had two main issues: (1) the delivery, and (2) missing parts of the product.

(1) The delivery was atrocious. There were a plethora of issues:

- The website says 14-21 days delivery. This is not true, my table was delivered in December and I ordered in October.

- The delivery time arranging system is terrible. They give you one option, and if that doesn't work then you have to wait another week or two to get another delivery slot.

- They sent one person to do the delivery instead of two, so I had to help carry this exceptionally heavy table into the house. He refused to help after it was in the hallway.

- The table was delivered inside a crate that had been drilled shut. It took me over an hour to unscrew everything and get the table box out of the crate. Now I have a large crate in my house that I need to deal with disposing of, too.

(2) Pieces of the table were missing.

The second issue was that the legs of the table were not sent with the table. I just have a large pane of oak and no legs.

It now seems that I will not have the table in time for Christmas. They have not yet responded about the missing legs.

UPDATE --

The table legs arrived and they are broken. This is the worst company of all time.
