J’ai commandé le 16/06 payer 20e de livraison prévue pour le 21/06, sur le site FedEx les jours passent , et le statue de la commande ne bouge pas. Je contacte FedEx qui me répond immédiatement en me disant que la marque n’a rien déposé et que le numéro de commande n’est pas le bon! Bien évidement depuis le 21 j’ai envoyé une dizaine de mail je n’ai aucune réponse!!! Là moindre des choses c’est de prévenir le client s’il y a un souci , ils s’en foutent !! Par contre l’argent ils l’ont encaissé!!

It's been a week and still no order. I ordered £220 worth of clothes for my holiday. There's been no order updates since - joke of a company

Katie was really helpful in sorting a refund quickly and efficiently.

I got in touch with them as their returns portal link wasn’t working for several days. Explained I needed to return the item and they advised how to post it back to them (I knew I had to cover return costs). They actually even followed this up with an email to ask if the return had been posted and to let them know when it was marked as delivered so they could process the refund. Can’t fault their help with the broken returns link and facilitating a return.

Ordered a maxi dress, and it's the most perfect maxi dress I've ever had. The quality is exceptional and it's thick and heavy but not warm! Simply perfect. I'm 5ft and it actaully fits perfect doesn't trail on the ground, it sits about 1inch above my feet. I love it so much I ordered it in the other colour too ! Every woman needs these maxi dresses they're gorgeous! Also Kate was so lovely when responding to my emails. Thankyou 4th&Reckless ♥️

I have been trying to return my order for now over a week without any help. They are quicker to reply at these reviews then prioritising emails from customer who actually need support when their return portal "isn't working".

Their items are very expensive so when they don't fit right they should act as quickly as possible! Especially when my return window is closing.

Will never order again from them, terrible service overall.

First time ordering from here, followed on Instagram for a while and liked their pieces so when their new ‘Beyond The City’ collection dropped I ordered two sweatshirts (24th May).
Received an email two days after ordering saying my order was about to ship so I kept updated on the tracking.
A few days later still no change with the tracking so I contacted customer service and got an email reply saying “As we launched the new collection we were also in the process of moving to a new warehouse, so a handful of parcels have been delayed and it seems your parcel is in that group. We have been informed all these parcels are being despatched today.”

We’re now on the 11th June, nearly 3 weeks after ordering and the tracking still says Evri are expecting the parcel - what a joke!
Have emailed twice now asking for an update and requesting to cancel the order/get a refund if it’s not going to be sent and I am yet to receive a reply.
Shocking customer service, shame as their Instagram and website look legit but it clearly doesn’t go any deeper than that!

Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be ordering from them again.

As an online retailer, I am astonished at how difficult you make it for a customer to return an item. The link to the returns portal is a dead one, the QR code on the packaging box also doesn’t work - Nobody responds via email or Instagram so I’m still unsure how am I meant to get a label & return my items. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have purchased. Terrible.

Received an email confirmation from customer care but still waiting for my refund to be processed it has now been 3 weeks without update.

Bought the two piece trouser and top quality is nice and looks really pretty but the delivery was awful took 2 weeks to arrive but they said it was due to bank holiday but I had ordered it a whole week before the bank holidays and their delivery says 3-5 days so I’m not sure why it took 2 weeks.

amazing service - it arrived in New Zealand from the UK in 10 days! & before something I ordered in NZ on the same day.... beautiful items & I'll definitely be ordering again! :)

Lovely clothes when they arrived so no issues there at all. The issue for me is with times and delivery:
1- my items were not dispatched until 8 days after I ordered. Delivery is advertised on your website as 3 working days. So for dispatch of goods to take almost 3x that time, it's clear there is zero chance of delivery being as advertised

2 - your choice of delivery company is notoriously poor. They were rubbish as hermes and remain rubbish as evri. My parcel was left at my door despite having a named neighbour in my bullding available to accept. He was in at the time- no attempt was made to deliver to my safe place. When dpd can let customers know stop by stop where they are, I'm not sure why you'd opt for a courier universally known as being terrible. I can only assume it saves you money

It is very comfortable, spring/summer appropriate and would be a cute holiday outfit. However, not petite friendly I am 5'2 and was lowkey drowning. See through Jersey material which I am also not really a fan of. Returned sadly

Order has not turned up yet and it’s been 2 weeks. I appreciate delivery can have delays but not when you are told your order will be then sent for next day delivery and then hear nothing to then be told the item they no longer have 2 days later and then still hear nothing on where the order is and still waiting for it to arrive!

My delivery hasn’t arrived. I haven’t received a dispatch email, where is my order?
