My order still hasn’t been sent after ordering it a week ago. I paid extra for fast delivery and still nothing. Very very annoyed, wouldn’t order again

Despatched a week after purchasing, takes a long time to respond to any emails
Stated it would arrive in 3 days but was not despatched until a week later, this does not have anything to do with the courier it is the business that did not despatch in time. When I emailed to cancel my order as it still hadn’t been despatched no one responded. Still have not had a reply

I can see you submitted your request on Friday and due to increased demand it can take us 3-5 days to respond, we will come back to you as quickly as we can.
Please note as it is the Black Friday / Festive season there are also delays with deliveries, unfortunately sometimes this is beyond our control & we are trying our best to get them all out as quickly as possible.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service experience. Took them over a month to a respond to a query I had about their returns portal not working. If I hadn’t worked it out on my own I would have missed their returns window. Response was poor both in information and timing.

Had a few issues with fastenings coming…
Had a few issues with fastenings coming loose but was offered a refund for the items to be sent back or a discount code, great customer service and responded very quick

Quick response but I ordered 6 days ago and it hasn’t even been dispatched, understand it’s busy but it’s a long time to wait when other companies have managed to get things I ordered to me in a few days.

LOVE TO KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS!!!
Well order was due to be delivered to me on 24/11/22 by Evri,but there was a delivery exception whatever that’s meant to be???
When you look @ Evri website says any deliveries will be next day!
Well the 25/11/22,26/11/22& 27/11/22 have been & gone still no idea where my order is!!!
Can’t get any reply from 4th&reckess either where my order is!!!!!
Not a happy customer all I want is my order which I placed & paid for!

J’ai commandé un blazer et un pantalon…
J’ai commandé un blazer et un pantalon sur leur site. Une semaine plus tard, je reçois un e-mail en disant que le pantalon n’est plus disponible et qu’ils procéderaient à un remboursement. Plus d’un mois est passé et toujours pas de nouvelle. Je veux renvoyer le tailleur reçu et impossible de faire un retour sur leur site. J’ai envoyer trois mails pour faire le retour et aucunes nouvelles de leur part. Fuyez ce site. C’est que de l’arnaque. 160€ payé et jamais été remboursé!

worst customer service ever.
worst customer service ever.. it should take 3-6 working day and it has been 15 WORKING DAYS and my order hasn't arrived yet.. Besides that I'm sending emails and no one is answering me and they are deleting all comments from instagram regarding these matter

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I have sent over 4 emails trying to sort out two returns parcels as their returns portal has been broken for god knows how long and they do not respond. I had to result in instagramming them which then lead to a response. I then sent back two items which I am still yet to receive a refund for, if ever. And the blazer I wore for the first time- two buttons fell off. Expensive items and poor quality with absolutely awful customer service/ communication. Do not order from here EVER

Loved the blouse but ran a little to big so emailed 4th RECKLESS and Kate responded very quickly and I was able to return without issue.

First time ordering with these guys
First time ordering with these guys - selected next day delivery. That was 6 days ago and I still haven’t received my parcel.
I contacted customer service after day 2. They replied letting me know that they were looking into it and they’ll come back to me asap - I chased again on day 5 and still no response. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again
