I must say that 99 bikes Chichester are incredible at the job, key things I saw knowledgeable, helpful, understanding of me being a novice, good communication and very very approachable. Can't wait to get my bike fix from them on Saturday and actually ride my super six for the first time

Great price. Easy transaction

Mark and the lads at 99 Bikes, Swindon were great. My knowledge of modern bikes, and especially electric bikes, is minimal but Mark patiently talked me through the main considerations and helped me get my head around how these applied to my health related limitations. I went along with an idea of which bike I thought was suitable but, thanks to Mark and the lads, I went away totally confident that my new bike was exactly what I needed. Some great impartial advice on which accessories to get too. Brilliant service and a really friendly, approachable team.

After chatting on the phone , I was really excited to travel up & look at a few different options.
However on visiting I explained the situation & was left very disappointed with overall service.

I ordered a bike through the Cyclescheme. While waiting to be processed, 99Bikes reserved my bike. Once I had my certificate, this was passed to 99Bikes, order was placed and the bike was built and delivered 3 days later. Excellent service and very pleased with the bike.

I purchased an Ebike in Jan 2023, all was good until couple of months ago when the bike started making a knocking sound from the cassette, i contacted 99 bikes and they agreed to look at it,i told them in an email and over the phone where the noise was coming from, they had the bike for a week, contacted me to say it was fixed, their diagnosis was that the pedal was loose and this was causing the fault.
I got the bike back and on the same day went on a 11 mile bike ride, after 5 miles the fault returned worse.
I contacted 99 bikes again to say the bike was not fixed as the fault had returned, they then asked me to take it to a local bike store for a second opinion as the nearest 99 store to me was over 90 miles away.
I informed 99 bikes i would not pay for repairs to the bike, they said they would sort that out once a diagnosis was complete.
Leisure lake bikes found the fault was a faulty cassette at the cost of 75 pounds which i paid for, now the bike is fixed.
I emailed 99 bikes and now they have gone back on there word saying it was down to wear and tear and then quoted me the policy from the cannondale website.
Three of their technicians look at my bike and could not fix it.
The aftercare from this bike store was shocking and would not purchase from them again,

Excellent friendly/knowledgeable/professional in-store support during both visits and prompt availability of the bike purchased. Also there was a good selection of bikes to physically view, something that is becoming less and less the norm. More initial tuning of the bike required than expected, especially gearing but not enough of an issue to cast a shadow over the above mentioned customer service and bike availability.

Ordered a bike via a CTW scheme, took ages to be delivered… really poor communication
