Excellent service very friendly staff and a good choice of bikes and accessories

Great service from the staff at 99 Bikes Winchester. Was visiting from Canada and riding the King Alfred’s away. Just after leaving Winchester managed to slice my rear tire on a large piece of flint. Called the store told them what I needed. By the time I walked back to the road, called a cab and got to the store my new tires and tubeless set up where waiting for me on the counter. I set the tire up in the parking lot and guys seated them for me with the compressor. Absolutely awesome service, completely saved my ride!

The guys at 99 Bikes Swindon did a fantastic job prepping my winter bike for another season of training. They did a full strip and rebuild, cleaned and greased everything, and replaced a number of parts that were well beyond their best! The bike was finished off with a ceramic frame coating to make keeping the bike clean a lot easier, and fitted some new mudguards. The bike rides better than new! To top it off, they looked after my wallet too with some competitive pricing on the work. 10/10 😀😀

Great equipment and very helpful selecting a helmet for my two year old who can often be tricky on shopping trips. Very pleased with the service

Friendly service, knowledgeable staff & easy parking when collecting new cycle

Nice bike, very good price , but workshop needs a straightener ,unless one slipped through the net and I ended up with it. Brakes not reversed for the uk (scott mtb), rear brake disc plug/washer rattling , not even screwed in, never mind torqued. Disappointing experience, kind of half expected something with it arriving in a box , but “expert” builders , took their word for it. Having it checked over tomorrow.1 star for the bike itself, and 1 star for the price , all very nice guys to speak to at 99 bikes .
